This is my first pregnancy and its with twins. I am about 33 weeks along and starting to get nervous since the babies can come early. Just wondering what some of your first signs that your going into labor were. The last few days I have noticed that my stomach is REALLY tight and my back hurts a little, but I am not sure if this is me growing more or something I should be concerned about. Thanks for your help!!

Leslie, your back is going to hurt since you are getting bigger at this point. When I went into labor I could not get off the toliet. I kept having to go #2. Sorry to be so blunt! If you do have back labor, which is what I had you will know. It is not like a back ach or anything. It is not just sore or whatever. It is low and it really hurts. I would be surprised if your back pain at this point is a sign of labor. Good luck!

There is a forum for twins and multiples that you might try. I just figure they might know better when to start expecting signs, in your case.
