Im not sure if there is any way to tell when they baby will come.. some come early, some come late, a few come right on time.. I dont think the second or third or anything come at any particular time compared to the first, they just come when they wanna lol.

hi meg.... well i'm pregnant with baby number 4. my experiences with my pregnancies have been like this. first dd was born 2 days before due date, second ds was born 1 week after due date and third ds was born 2 weeks early. now i'm 34 weeks pregnant with baby number 4 and i'm on bedrest and the doctors say he will definitely come way early. they are hoping that i can keep him in for at least ten more days. *fingers crossed* good luck to you. :o)

I had ds1 (15 months old) one day early, and now I am 37 weeks pregnant with ds2. I having started feeling an insane amount of BH's, pressure and cramping over the last 2 days. I never felt this much even with my first pregnancy. Personally, I think he will probably be here in the next week. But like others have said I don't believe there is any reason why a subsequent baby would come earlier than the first. Every baby is different and is ready at different times. Even those who "feel" like they could go early are sometimes left waiting until after the due date. Good luck!

i dont think theres a thing to say either the baby coems early or on time or late. it seems if you tend to carry longer thats the case; as if woman who deliver early usually deliver early. its easier to say if you deliver early compared to late my doctor says. i had my daughter when i was claimed to be 37 weeks 5 days my daughter was 32 weeks 5 days! so she was preterm the said i have a way higher chance of delivering early then later. so its hard to say; good luck tho.

Hey meg! My 2 kiddo's are 20 months apart and my son was born 4 days before his due date and my daughter was born 5 days before her due date. So for me it worked out nice : ) My labors however were crazy different! 21 hours with my son and 2 hrs of pushing. 12 hours with my daughter and she came in out 2 pushes...#2 was a piece of cake! Thanks for the info ladies! I'm almost 36 weeks & am doing just fine, I was just curious. labor with my 1st was fairly easy, after my water broke my ds was born w/in 10 hours....about an hour of pushing I think. Like you said Jodie, I'm hoping labor w/ number 2 will be even easier!
