I don't know how you have the energy to cook these meals dawn - Last night I made my dh order pizza. I'm too tired anymore to get all creative with dinner. :)

primavera sound d-lish, i wanna make it..... can i have the recipe pretty please??? that may be what it is then Heather cause it been getting hard off and on for the past hour, sometimes it hurts and sometimes it doesn't.

Lol its not a creative meal to me Im very low maintenance when it comes to cooking I buy a jar of alfredo sauce and a bag of mixed veggies then i just throw them in a pan together with some b___ter and adobo and let it simmer and make my pasta and Poof dinner is served! haha quick easy and yummilicious I dont cook anything that takes more then like 10 - 15 mins to prepare. Like the steak I just throw in a pan after i season it and the potato goes in the microwave for however long the sensor says and thats it Poof dinner is served again! lol Im lazy

Well I'm back from my doctor's appointment. I gave him all my dates, but he still didn't want to change my due date. He said that if I went into labor anytime before June 8th they would need to stop it. Her head is down, she dropped about a week ago, and I'm 3cm dilated. He gave me some medication I'm supposed to take once every six hours to stop my contractions, apparently I've been having actual contractions, not braxton hicks anymore... and I couldn't tell the difference. He kept rea__suring me everything was fine and I was doing great... almost to the point where I felt uneasy. I'm pretty confused...

that's weird Amanda - can you get another doctor? Just curious - I mean, if you KNOW when you probably conceived and the dates are way off - that's just weird to me. Marisol -I'm sure it is BH - at least from how you describe it. That's what my tummy is doing RIGHT this minute. ugh!!! It's so uncomfortable!!

I feel like a pig today cause i have these gross stained up jogging pants on I need to change cause I would have been able to stay home all day but I have to pick my friends kid up today at 430 from school blecht I cant wait for her to be done with training I try so hard to conserve gas lately! I have to make puppy an appt at a vet so I can him get a once over - the contract says something about getting him micro chipped ... I feel weird about that cause its like what happens if 10 yrs down the road they say O that causes cancer in dogs ... am i being paranoid?

thats insane, considering the only way to get pregnant is for the sperm to fertilize the egg and it only lives for a day or so and YOU know when you had s_x so it can't be any other day. sounds pretty wacked to me. like Kay said if your due date is indeed in May which sounds like it should be, they would be letting you go overdue by a few weeks and it could be a bad thing. 3 cm already?? thats how far i was when i had my c-section for my daughter and they didn't try stopping it. what kind of feeling did you get with the contractions?

Ok, even if he thinks your due date is June 2Oth why the HELL would he says he'd stop it before the 8th? 37 weeks is considered full term and they'll almost always let you go into labor at 36. I think you might be on the meds I was or disko is on. You do still probably wanna keep her in there at least a little longer. I've been dialated for a while now and still haven't gone into labor. I know it's really late, but I'd still try to go to a different doctor, or at least see if you can consult with one. They shouldn't change your due date just because you are measuring small unless there is a possible discrepency in the time you concieved (like if you had irregular cycles or didn't know when your last period was. I don't like your doctor. Get a new one lol

I don't really think it's my doctor's fault, my sister and I have the same doctor and he never did anything weird like this with her. The contractions I was having felt just like braxton hicks, they weren't painful they just felt like a tightening of the stomach. They said that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between real contractions and braxton hicks unless I was about ready to give birth. It's weird, it's not like she's developing slowly, she's at a normal pace just three weeks behind. Almost like she took a break from developing for three weeks, and my body kept preparing for her during that break? I'm so confused... I hope everything turns out okay :\

for real, but even with irregular cycles, wouldn't it still be something they could figure out based on when she had s_x the last time cause anything before that would just make her due date closer.

I think he's so determined to keep the June 20th due date because he's not looking at just her weight or her height, he's basing the due date on how developed her organs are.

im sure everything is o.k. i guess just trust your doctor then. i feel HUGE. does anybody have more gas lately?? seriously if we could run cars on it i would save some money. lol. its so gross.

Even ultrasound measurements are just the "average". Just because the baby measures bigger or smaller than that average doesn't mean they're weeks behind or ahead. They might not be as long or weigh as much but their lungs, organs, and such will still develop at the "average" rate. Dr's can make mistakes, they don't have to do it with every patient. You could be 3 cm for a good while, but if you're getting ready to go into active labor those contractions are gonna get pretty d__n close together and they'll start to hurt.

well then how the heck do you tell real ones from bh then? ayayay, im so confused. lol.

Ok, I missed that while I was typing, but they're telling you they'll stop your labor anything before 38 weeks 2 days? If you went into the hospital anything after 37 they won't stop it. Once you're actually in active labor and so many centimeters or if your water breaks there isn't much that will stop it at that point anyway.
