Morning all you gorgeous August Mummies! Firstly I hope Erin is ok - keep us updated! Yes it does appear to be the day to feel a bit tired and run down - I reckon I wee'd about 7 times last night! Sometimes I just feel like taking a pillow intot he toilet and staying there haha. Well 34 weeks and 3 days and counting now hee hee - I finish up work not this Friday but next Friday and am very much looking forward to that!! I got the book Labour of Love and have started reading it trying to prepare myself for birth (dont know if I am going natural or not - gonna play it by ear) but it is so far a good read - very positive which has got to help surely! :) I hope you are all doing well - I wish I could have another U/S - havent seen my bubble since about wk 20 but they have no plans to do another one at all? Is this normal? xx

oh just read mommas post again about it being normal to not get regular ultra sounds (up to doc) so that answers that question. xx

erin i really hope you're ok!!!! let us know. i messaged alicia, but didn't want to message you in case you were resting or something. yeah my doc gives one last u/s to make sure baby is def heads down adn check fluid and thats it. so i got mine the other day before i almost pa__sed out! so i didn't even enjoy mine cuz i wasn't feeling too hot. kept feeling bad the whole time.

ok ladies. i slept for a total of maybe an hour last night. i could not sleep for nothing... its awful. now i am getting ready to drive 1 hour to get to my doc apt. woohoo. erin i really hope everything is ok. let us know soon. well i guess i am off to etown. ttyl!!

Danielle I feel so bad for you. I slept well last night but could still stay another 3-4 hrs in bed this morning. My body is starting to hurt at night from only laying on my sides. It Just hurts to bad to lay on my back at all. Erin text me last night after I fell asleep. She got to come home and I think everything was getting back to normal. But I am sure she will be on soon to let everyone know.....

hieee guys! poor erin, are you ok?? oh man, I'm mizz too, I can't imagine how I'm going to get through my last 8 days (whew hew) of work though! I'm so busy b/c I have so many loose ends to tie up, but I'm so tired and uncomfy and in pain, I think she's dropping, my belly is lower and hurts so bad down low. sleeping is annoying for me too, I wake up every 2 hours or so in pain and having to pee. then I switch sleeping sides and then the same thing happens. it's so annoying!!! the end BLOWS! I'm due 1 f'ing month from today though so that's so unbelievable and exciting!!!! I do take some pleasure to know you guys feel the same way, not that I"m happy you're miz but you know... mike literally had to help me put my pants on this morning b/c I can barely lift my legs high enough to put them on. soon I'm going to be calling him into the bathroom to wipe me!! omg, is this getting hard for anyone else??? I can barely wipe myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes Gabbi... I feel your pain. I have the hardest time bending over to put my undies on... I hate it. Plus I tried to save down there incase they do the strep test tomorrow and I think I was sitting on the edge of the tube for an hour....lol. It was a mess and it still very well could be. But atleast they will know I tried...lol. I am so tired of getting up to go pee too. I feel so bad and he feels like his head is inbetween my legs all the time... This last month does suck.....

alicia, just stop wearing undies, that's what I did :) one less thing to struggle with. erin, I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Im' sure your doc has seen worse than your jungle. I'm not even going to attempt it though, I told mike if he wants s_x, he has to a__sist me ;) he'll do almost anything when I use that!

Oh and yes, I am so glad to know that I am not the only one having a really hard time with the whole wiping adn getting the panties on these days. !!! :) Never imagined it would be such a chore! As for the shaving thing, I tried as well, but just cant do it, so I have booked a wax. It will hurt like hell I am sure, but then it is done with. So how is the first of us to hit our due date?? Gabbi - you are on the 1st right?

Erin- I can't believe you stopped wearing underwear. I would feel lost without mine ( although I sleep without them). erin- It was okay. i had it on slinet so i didnt see it till this morning. Danielle text me about an hr ago and said she was at the doc. She was checking up on Erin and said she was in the waiting room. So she should be on after lunch. Patti- I hope you have fun in the pool. I wish I was in mine today. Erin- when I read the last sentence about the jungle that song came into my head.... and now I am singing it over and over....lol. Oh so i am going to go ahead and say Mason weighs 6lbs 8oz. 2 weeks ago he was 5lbs 12 oz. Jeremy thinks 6.10. Anyone else want to guess?

patti, how's the not working feeling?? I can't wait to join you, next week next week next week!!!!!! 3 months is going to fly by though. I'm thinking of looking for a part-time job and then not coming back to my job in the city in october. I don't know how my mom's going to handle a baby and 2 dogs all week. I feel like I need to only work like 4 days. she's excited to do it, but I'm sure that's going to wear off...

Only a few more weeks Gabbi - Hang in there!! I am loving this not working anymore!! Although I am tryingt oreseet the internal alarm that continually wakes me up in time for work. I just want to sleep in while I have a chance right now!! You think you may go early?? I too am feeling like that, but for no real reason. Maybe just wanting her to come early. But at the same time and I ready for her yet!!! Yikes! I love the commando thing!! I too do sometimes when it just seems too hard to get them on! Alicia - Iam going to wager a guess and say little Mason is weighing in at 6lbs 9 ozs.

I knew it was you Gabbi. I just dont knnow why I wrote Erin. Oh well. You too are so lucky. I want to not work. But i need to gte 1 0r 2 more thngs done then I can maybe only work 3 or 4 days a week. I have been leaking fluid down there... Not sure what it is. I am gonna ask tomorrow but I am sure its just nothing. Oh all my family thinks I am going to go early. But who knows....

ok, im back ladies. all my tests were fine. so maybe i layed on the vena cava too long and had no blood going to my poor head that day... idk. she said swelling on one side may be how the baby is laying. but im glad they are all ok. but why do i feel so queezy all the time?? erin im so glad ur ok. and when i said earlier i slept for maybe an hour i was not even exaggerating. i went to bed at 9:30 got up at 10:30 to watch tv, went bck to bed at 11:30 fell asleep a little after 12 and woke up to pee around 1 and tossed and turned the rest of the night. so i am so tired i can't hold my eyes open. oh and i said forget trying to shave down there, im sure she's seen it all. i try and shave the bikini line but thats about it, i really don't want to cut myself, lol. i get checked every visit now adn i might get induced in 2.5 wks if im making progress and the insurance okays it and they would do an amniocentisis to make sure the lungs are ok. but ill be close to 38 wks so i don't know why the lungs wouldn't be mature. i had my son a day before 37 wks and he was perfectly healthy. but if i don't get it then i will probably get induced at 39 wks. woohoo. so i should have a july baby, lol. im just ready. i was soft but still long and she told me i was closed not 1 cm like the nurse said. so oh well. i need to do something to get it started! lol

Okay, I'm back from the doctors my sweets and except for me being a major fata__s, not much else is going on. He said not to fret about things, so I won't. I am 34w3d and she is measuring 35 1/2, so we're only about a week ahead of schedule. Anyhow, I asked him about the accuracy of weight on a u/s because he promised me a baby under 9 lbs. He said actually as the pregnancy progresses, the u/s weights are less reliable. He said at, for example, for a 28 weeker that HAS to be delivered, the baby will be within 6 oz. most of the time. But he indicated he might do an u/s anyways just because of my history of slightly larger than normal kiddos. But in any case, I am betting 6lbs8oz. for Mason. But next Thursday I get checked!!!! But I am not holding my breath because I haven't been walking or sitting on my yoga ball. Patti, you are so lucky to not be working! But I am glad you still chat with us. Gabbi, I would be willing to be you will be a July mommy. I am betting the 28th of July. Alicia, everyone tells me I will go early but I don't think I will. My husband, the smarta__s that he is, keeps saying I will go to 42 weeks. I told him I will personally a__sasinate him if that's the case.
