dh and i was watching birth videos online and i could nt believe dh when he turn around and said to me " that is so disgusting!", i asked him "what, the baby coming out? ". his reply "NO! her p___y hair is like a bush! that is so disgusting! man, couldnt she shave it or at least trim it?". OMG! the lady is heavily pregnant, i doubt she can even see her feet, let alone see her private part and shave it!!! Dh said he will never touch me if i let mine go like that! lucky i dont, i always keep mine presentable no matter what condition i am in. Of cos i cant see myself but i feel my way around. Maybe i should let it go. at least i know i wont be in this painful/ uncomfortable position like right now!
Sometimes i wish my dh can have a baby and experience what we have to go through! but i guess they never will cos they dont get this privilege!
Anyone else out there that has husband/ partner/ son/ brother who say silly things??? love to hear them!

I personally gave up on shaving except for my pits-My bf does it for me if he has a problem he can do it!! Otherwise I dont care it takes way too much effort. My bf likes to bring up that he thinks it's funny I might c___p when I'm pushing, so now I am so scared to! I am gonna go for the enema I think b/c he will give me so much c___p about it.. He also calls me fatty mcfatfat -but it doesnt bother me b/c he's fatter than I am and i have an excuse lol (he's j/k anyway) He is deathly afraid to be in the delivery room with me b/c he thinks I will yell at him and he's afraid of me lol thats about it

At the beginning of my pregnancy, dh once told me that if I exercise appropriately, I shouldn't really gain any weight for the 9 months. I laughed so hard, and he was indeed serious!!! I threw all of my pregnancy books at him and told him to read about gain weight...

CGRIL- that is so funny! does it really expect the baby to weight in at zero?! JUNEBABY-thats what i did for my last 2 labors, i took enema because i am so scared of disgracing myself! my sister inlaw was in labor and she was sitting on the edge of the hospital bed with her leg up and spread wide open. she told the nurse she need to go toilet and the d__n nurse didnt let her incase she has baby in there. so without any notice she urine or should i say sprays across the room hitting the sink!!!! it was so funny and i was trying my best not to laugh considering how much pain she was in and didnt find it amasing at all. and the stupid nurse wasnt happy about it either , she had to clean it up! her fault tho! i am stressing out badly now about the labor.

Wow! He sounds so informed (insert sarcasm) Much like yourself I tried to keep mine presentable although fiance did not care one way or the other. But sheesh! Let the men try seeing their feet or privates when they have a giant beach ball belly in front of them. Getting over it is hard enough, I couldn't see my privates for the last three months with my daughter. I didn't know what they even looked like anymore! Ha ha men.. they're priceless when it comes to certain things.. especially pregnancy!

I am very lucky my husband has been really great during my pregnancies - and he doesn't really say stupid things - he helps me stay trim down there LOL he really gets into making it look nice and presentable - I told him I should wax...LOL but I am afraid to wax - maybe after the baby ...LOL

4buzybeez, why don't you tell him you won't touch him if he doesn't keep his b___s trimmed? That should shut him up. Thankfully, I've still managed to shave almost every day, and I go to a waxer for the who-ha. But that still doesn't keep my DH from saying stupid things. Earlier on in my pregnancy, he looked at my belly and told me it looked "retarded." Well, I didn't let him live that one down. I told everyone I could think of that he said that to embara__s him...lesson learned!

I think thats pretty immature of him to say that. Doesn't he know you're going through enough? I would have probably threw something at my husband for saying some c___p like that, but like cors1wfe said, I'm fortunate to have a man that doesn't say stupid things like that. I'm sorry he's being like, that and I wish you the best.

I applaud you guys for maintaining it down there I gave up a long time ago, i did shave my legs a month ago for my baby shower b/c i was wearing a dress otherwise i dont care-yesterday my ob was touching my leg before she checked me b/c i have a tattoo around my ankle and i said sorry i dont shave anymore and her and the nurse both laughed and said "we deal with pregnant women none of em shave" so i felt a lil better

Personally, I would be disgusted with my BF said that to me. VERY immature. My partner has always been very opinionated about the shaved vs not shaved issue, but even he has told me that its okay to let myself go a bit... ESPECIALLY since he knows how much hard work it is now! I haven't been able to see down there for a long time, but still tried to keep it up. Now I'm to the point where its just not worth it. And honestly? If your hubby's talking to you like that, he doesn't deserve it anyway. So, I say let it go!

actually you know whats funny is that he is an excellent husband, i couldnt ask for more. i been with him since i was 14yr and now i am 28yr. when i was younger i always thought that the longer you stay with a person the love fades but it hasn't happen to us yet. he still treats me like the day we first met and always spoils me rotten! he works full time and everyday he wakes up early to look after the kids when i sleep in. he feeds, baths and takes the kids out. sometimes i feel very bad that he does alot more than i do, but hey i never made him do it! he is very sweet everytime we come home from shopping or somewhere he never lets me do housework but always tell me to go to sleep. he is really funny as well but yea he sometimes say some really dumb things that blokes say! last time we were preparing to go out and i found him with his white shirt on the ground, he was trying to striaghten it out with his hands! i ask him what the hell are you doing? his reply " im ironing!".

My husband is generally very tactful but on a particularly emotional day for me, I showed him my very very swollen feet and ankles and he told me they looked like they belonged on a 500 lb woman and how ugly they were. I know he didn't mean to offend (cuz they are ugly and I do look like I have elephant_tus of the feet) but it still hurt none-the-less.
