I want to know if its okay to induce labor when I'm test positive for Group B Streptococcus? I'm 38 weeks and going to be 39 weeks on 5/28/2014. I want to know if its okay to ask my dr about getting induced cuz I'm afraid I will not be able to get the antibiotic on time cuz I don't want my child to be infected and its stressing me out lately. I don't know what to do but all I do is read and search about induced with gbs + only and labor and delivery cuz this is my first child and I want my baby to be born healthy. I don't want to see my baby in pain or hurt cuz of GBS +. Any response or advise is acceptable but please no rude or offense response please cuz i'm really stress out for 2 weeks now and don't know what I should do.
