Hey ladies - I'm still here lol. Things are good! It b__ws my mind that in as little as 3 weeks I could go into labor(they say 38 - 42 weeks is the norm right? I'm just over 35 weeks now). Of course that means it could still be another 7 weeks too if I go 2 weeks past my due date lol.

Good morning everyone. My ultrasound went ok I guess. My doctor never called so I'm taking that as good news. I was in the hospital all last night because my son has really bad croup. I am so tired this morning. I am hoping he gets over before baby is born.

Hi ladies I'm still here too though I'm in so much pain at the moment I want it to be over. The other day silly me tried to put my pants on while standing (being 3rd pregnancy you would think I would have learnt to sit lol) & of course lost my balance & tripped forwards. I don't know what I did but I felt a horrible pain in the right side of my pelvis & since have felt a stabbing pain in my right groin when I'm lying down, so can't sleep (I'm soooo tired).
I saw the midwife yesterday & bubs is doing great & she thinks I just over stretched a ligament & there isn't anything I can do but be more careful & take it easy.
Wow I can't believe how quickly this pregnancy has gone, it makes me kinda sad to know it will be over soon but at the same time I can hardly wait lol.

Hello to all the soon to be mommys!!! Oh I had a bad night. I was having really strong pains on my left side and they would radiate towards the front and then down. I thought maybe it was my kidneys again cause back in August the Dr diagnosed me with hydronephrosis.(fluid around the kidneys) and it felt the same. Well I tried taking some tylenol and the pain would not go away. I didnt want to go the hospital so I made an appt with my dr and she was able to see me in 2 hours. After sitting in the drs office which seemed like forever she did an exam and took my urine sample. Turns out I have a Urinary Tract Infection and freakin yeast infection. Ive never had a yeast infection!!! She checked to see if I was dilated, nope still sealed up tight. Tomorrow I will be 36 weeks. Its starting to get so uncomfortable anymore. I have to get my husband to put my socks on for me. haha

wow...we are all getting close. lovn - that sucks! Both a uti and a yeast infection..no fun. I hope you feel better soon. E- I hope you start to feel better too. and austynsmommy - I've always heard no news is good news, so I wouldn't worry. As for me, I had my 35 week appt. today, and I'm only measuring 31cms. still. So, I have to go for an u/s on Monday to check growth and deelopment. My doc said that she thinks everything is fine and that Brady just moved down and is getting ready, so my uterus got pulled down with him...but I'm still a little worried. I'll let you know how the u/s goes. :)

I have had really bad contractions lately, can't stop!!! I am really exited now tho becuase my friend that was gonna have her baby any day now went into labor tonight and i havent heard from her yet...but i am sure that she is having her baby becuase she has been very dialated all week long and working all the time so i was surprised she made it this far lol. I am really really ready to have this baby however, i have not slept for about 34 hours, becuase of my contractions. I can't stop throwing up also becuase of the baby being so big in my belly that my tummy cant hold anything anymore. I have a little less than 4 weeks left until my c section day and i am really exited about that. Hope everyone is doing ok. Finally got all the christmas shopping done. Well i am going to attempt a nap before my hubby gets off work i had to take the car today becuase his is getting serviced!! so i have to go get him at 11 tonight. he works at the state pen, so its just one thing or another out there and when he's off he wants to be gone asap lol. Well my next appointment is on the 22nd so have a good night ladies, and hope everyone is doing ok. i'll keep you all posted on my contractions....maybe i'll go into labor too!!! lord knows i am ready!

Congrats Mcbee. I can't wait to here the birth story. My poor Aiden has had croup for 3 days now and is just now getting better. This is his third time getting it since he was born, I ended up taking him to the er 2 nights ago because he was having a hard time breathing. They gave him 3 breathing treatments before I could bring him home. Have a great weekend everyone.

Oh mcbee congratulations!! I am so glad he is healthy & I too can't wait to hear the birth story.
Misscrotts I hope you feel better soon.
Austynsmommy sorry to hear Aiden is still sick, my two had had high temps for nearly 2days from a viral infection, but apart from that I am glad to say they are fine.
Well I'm 36.5wks & even though the horrible pain in my right groin & pelvis has subsided, I now feel SO much pressure down there when I walk & I keep getting this shocking/electrical feeling in my v____a when the baby moves. Hubby's understanding but not happy at the moment lol, because I've told him that until xmas is over we're not having s_x, as I don't want to worry about going into labour from all the extra contractions I get afterwards.
Don't get me wrong I want this baby out, but we are SOOO busy leading up to xmas that I think it would drive me a little crazy having to tote around a 3yr dd a 18mth ds & a newborn (with little or no sleep). On the bright side I told him that once xmas is over we can go at it like rabbits to help get the baby to come, & needless to say he is more than willing to help lol.
How are the rest of you ladies?

So, I went to my u/s, and Brady is not so little...he's in the 70th percentile for weight - he is already 5lbs, 14oz (at 35.5 weeks). So, he's going to be a big boy. My doc (and I) were right - he's dropped (his head was all the way down, so it was actually hard to see on the u/s), so that's why I was measuring behind. So, I'm really glad that everything is ok...but a little worried that he's going to be 8.5lbs or more by my DD. How is everyone else doing? Getting ready to be done?!?!? McBee - congrats!!! I can't wait to see your birth story.

Kimmer glad to hear bubs is big & healthy. Don't stress about him being over 8lb, my dd was 7lb 9oz & ds was 9lb 3oz & I can tell you now that although it was a little harder to push him out (only slightly), it hurt just as much both times lol. Don't worry I'm sure you'll be fine, but if your still really worried talk to your doctor/midwife about different positions to push him out, as being on your back will more than likely make the job ALOT harder then it has to be.

Thats awesome Kimmer. I am 32 weeks (so actually a Feb mom) but my DR is delivering me at 37 weeks due to preeclampsia so I am a Jan mommy now. My baby is 5lbs 1 oz according to my ultrasound so she is going to be a big baby even 3 weeks early. I am really happy about that because I was afraid that with her being early that she would be small.

Mcbee, congratulations! I can't wait to hear your birth story. Kimmer, that's great news about Brady. As for me, I may be having a c-section on Thursday, as baby is starting to measure small. I also had a bit of a scare last week, as I suddenly started bleeding (wasn't very much, and was brown- so old blood), but it scared me nonetheless! I was at work, so my boss didn't want me to cab to the hospital and called an ambulance. I think the nurses thought he'd overreacted, as it wasn't considered an emergency, but I was glad to get checked over. I ended up having an u/s and a bpp that day because they wanted to rule out an abrupt placenta (which they did), and baby was measuring around the 10th percentile. I had my regular growth u/s and bpp scheduled for the following day, so was told to go anyway. They as well noted that baby was in the 10th-12th percentile. Anyway, I went back to the hospital Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for NSTs, which came back great, as well as the bpps that I had Wednesday and Thursday. I had my regular o/b appointment this morning, and the dr. suggested that based on what percentile the baby is in on this week's u/s, I'll go into the hospital for a c-section. I'm really nervous as I'll be exactly 36 weeks, and as of last week the baby was only measuring about 4.5lbs. I'm afraid that the baby won't be mature enough. Also, nobody can tell me why I was bleeding, and nobody can explain why I produce small babies (ds was born at 38.5 weeks, weighing 5.5lbs). So, it's been nerve-wracking these past few days!
