Ok I had a pretty uneventful weekend besides lunch and the movies with my friend - I also wanted to let you girls know about a new thing a couple of us night owls started so as we get closer to our due dates and sleep less - on nights when one of us can't sleep we will create a "chat" thread - last night I started "Sunday night Chat" and there were about 3 or 4 us who were up later than usual and it was nice to post and have someone answer - so if you can't sleep and want to see who is up there will be a thread with whatever day of the week it is that says chat - I stayed up until midnight chatting and getting to know some girls from the other thread and our own Charlibabe who is more of a night person than morning person.....so if you can't sleep see if there is a chat thread if there isn't create on and see who jumps on to talk to you.....ok girls I gotta get to work-

HI!!!!!! LOL, I kept hitting refresh to see if you posted a new one so I could chat. I really like how you type the header for us (with the caps and stars) as it makes it so much easier to find and we stand out on the board :) I saw you night owls were a chatting away when I logged on this morning! I usually fall asleep pretty quick, it's that I wake up at like 3am or 4 am when everyone else is sleeping (sigh). Oh, I want this week to go fast so I can get to my dr.'s appt. Friday. I am a lot more nervous now as birth approaches. I feel like Ava doesn't move as often, but when she does it is very strong and forceful like she's trying to get out or a net or something. It scares me for her to move so much and then not move because then I think she's got herself tangled up in the cord or something!!!!! That happened last night where I couldn't sleep for all her dancing and then it was just silent. I could NOT sleep until she moved some more. I'm cool during the day, but I worry about nights because I'm sleeping and can't monitor her movements so I'm always scared now I'll wake up in the a.m. and find her not moving. Ok, now I got out the worrywartism for the day.....lol :)

STEF - I know exactly what you mean.....it's ok though - well I will be waking up that early and posting a thread or reactivating one after the others have gone to sleep when I am not working I will get up and get online when I can't sleep....ok I am not sure how much I'll be on I have someone sitting with me today but I will try to check in later....

STEF- i cant wait till friday too, i also have my app. he is doing an intrenal exam and also the strep b test. i dont know much about that test but hey if it needs to be done then i guess do it. i have my shower saturday too. it looks like the weather is going to be nice thank God. well ihave a b___stfeeding cla__s this morning. i never tok one so it should be intreseting. TINA- i wish i had thought of getting on here last night. i was up till 130 and then woke up about every hr after that. i ahve had this stomach ache off and on for like a week. my sister told me that when the baby drops you cant go to the bathroom. well i am having problems with constipation but i dont think lylee has dropped yet. i wish she would cuz i sure would like to breathe. LOL!! wednesday is my last day of cla__ses till september. im excited to have sometime off but then again im gonna be really bored till i have lylee. my dr is going to let me be induced on june 27!!! im so excited. atleast i have a date to look forward to. plus i dont have to go thru the issue of thinking im in labor and finding out that im not. KENDRA- thats must be hard on you. i could not do it. i hope that baby hurrys up for you, i know you must be miserable. well i gotta getting ready for my cla__s. ill check in before i go to school.

i have my 35 week appt Friday too.. Now i start going every week. I dont think he will do any tests on me or he didnt mention it if so. 5 more weeks. Just crazy and so exciting... I am having my baby shower next weekend. I havent bought a whole lot but we are going to buy the big stuff this weekend. The crib, bouncer, swing, bedding, etc. We have quite a bit of clothes and other baby necessities :) Cant wait :)

KOLLEEN - that is great that things are shaping up for the baby shower! See you were so upset and it all worked out! Anytime any of you can't sleep try jumping on and see if anyone else is awake - I think yo uwill be surprised and so long as we let other boards know I bet someone will always be chatting at night...LOL HILLARY how exciting for your baby shower - did you not register for big things? I wasn't going to at first but I did and people did buy me big things - but I other than that I really didn't get much else off of my registry which was a bummer....it's because little girl clothes are so dang cute they dont' bother with registry items

I second that girl clothes thing! I did end up getting quite a bit of my stuff after 2 showers, but I still have a list I need to finish up. Not much but I realized I do still need a rocker/glider chair for me and I found an afforable one at walmart, but it is still 120 bucks. I've used all the giftcards, etc. so we are left to buy the rest now. I can't do any more until next paycheck in a couple weeks. If baby came tomorrow though I think I have what is needed though.

KENDRA, any word on your progress? I'm sure you are not exactly in the mood right now to post but I wanted to check on you. We're all cheering you on here!!! :)

i just figured i would buy the big stuff, but i will keep the receipts for incase :)

I enjoyed last night a lot. It was nice to actually get to know some girls on here better! =) Yea I can't wait Till friday because that is my 36 w appointment and my baby shower! so YAY! haha. I will start going every week after this one. Im getting so very anxious...but I know its all worth waiting for. I didn't really put big things on my registry...I don't think my friends will even look at my registry considering I gave them it and they still just ask me what I need lol. Which it seems I still need a lot...babies are so expensive! I never imagined. Well just wanted to drop by and see how everyone was...It was a little confusing with the two part 9 threads then this one lol.

Charli - the 2 threads of the same name are of course my fault but I will just blame it on lack of sleep since I stayed up so late last night...LOL yes babies can be expensive but they are so worth it! STEF - that is pretty cool that you just need a glider - I am telling ya girl - scour garage sales I got one at an estate sale it was like new and it worked great - I got the glider ottoman, changing table, and a dresser for 50.00 so you really can't beat that...LOL You can always recover the pads if you want.....Ok girls back to work after lunch sucks -I am usually so sleepy especially after staying up so late.

I know, that actually sounds like fun because I LOVE going to yard/estate sales. Only problem is that I really need Jessie to come at this point for his help and most of the time he wants to sleep in on Saturdays because he gets up early every day of the week for work and he does a lot of physical work. I usually let him sleep, but I'm an early bird and usually get to nagging him to get up so we can go do something. You have to hit those sales so early to get anything nice! Oh well...maybe we can try it out next weekend as I'm booked up this weekend with stuff going on.

STEF - most of the folks around here will let you put down some money and hold it for you just tell them you need your man and a truck and you will be back so long as they know about what time to expect you they will set it aside and hold it for you then you can head out and then go get Jessie if you actually find something - as a seller I let people do that quite a few times - they usually paid 1/2 and came back with in an hour or 2 and our thing was if they didn't come back or call by the appointed time I could sell the stuff to someone else and keep their money..so it's a win win

hii just thought i'd turn on the comp n check up on evryone.. ive been extremely tired and just not in da mood for internet.. but all is well i see Kendra still hasnt' had her baby.. ugh the pain of bein in pain.. that sucks but i hope soon everything works out. well im going to be 35 weeks this wed. meaning 5 more weeks.. i am starting to get overwhelmed.. i want it to end i cant sleep but gotta suck it up till da end.

Unfortunatly I wont be on late tonight...well maybe if I wake up..I haven't been feeling to hot lately. I have a lil bit of a fever..and really nausious. It really sucks..plus Im having some lower back pains. Im just going to go to sleep...which I have been doing like all day. So I will probably talk to you ladies tomorrow! Have a good night though!!!

Morning! Charli, looks like you did get up late...I slept ok last night, but then woke up at like 5am and was not able to go back to sleep. Just having all kinds of thoughts running through my head so I got up at 6am. Now it's 7 here so I might as well stay up but I'm so d__n tired!
