hey amanda - I like you plan on asking to be induced. You could whine about carpal tunnel and other horrible aches and pains and maybe that's good enough of an excuse! My Dr had me induced a day before my due date with my daughter because of the carpal tunnel/swelling. The nurse at the hospital was a beeatch - said "I've NEVER heard of carpul tunnel as a reason to be induced". Like it was MY idea or like I wrote it in the paperwork. Thank goodness she was on her last hour of her shift when I got there. :)

Yay! Well I just cleaned our bedroom, I have a load of towels in the drier, vacc_med, and did dishes. I'm taking a well deserved subway break right now just sitting on the bed sipping my cherry pepsi. Yay for $5 footlongs lol

Haha gotta love those labor and delivery nurse. Some are awesome, others are horrible. It's really hit or miss. After my c-section I was at the hospital alone so I was told if my daughter needed her diaper changed I had to page because I still wasn't able to get up yet. They switched shifts and I paged and the b___hy lady was like "you know you're gonna have to do this for yourself when you go home" and I just politely said yes, I know that but my legs are still numb from having major surgery and I was told I had to page since I'm not able to get out of bed yet. She shut up, but I know she was just saying it like I was young and thought I expected everyone else to take care of my baby for me.

oh yeah - the $5 footlong deal is awesome! I love cherry pepsi but it's too sugary and makes me sick. :( sounds great though! You're working like crazy aren't you kay? :) I've been on a major nesting craze lately -but haven't got enough energy to get it all done - or I forget what it was I needed to do. Now my dh bough some paver stones so we can finish our patio...which means I'll be helping as much as I can or taking care of our dd when he's working on it. No time for me!!! But, I do get a nice patio instead of weeds. Thank goodness Mothers Day is coming up so I can take a load off!!!

what a witch! I can't believe she said that to you. I had great nurses other than the first one...she even told me I just didn't know what an IV should feel like when I complained that it was hurting my arm. I was p__sed. The next nurse loosened the gauze that was holding it in - and it felt better but not great - and the night nurse checked it and I guess it wasn't in right and was not at all suprised that it hurt. Man I wanted to punch that first nurse! I wish I remembered her name. :)

lol gabby be happy yours are housebroken and I am starting from scratch .. I been standing out in my yard all day - he has been pretty good about it though but well I leave him little time to make a mistake

That happened with my IV when I was admitted to the hospital! I was getting these shooting pains from my hand halfway down my arm like the cathater was rubbing against a nerve or something. I actually had them change it and do it in my arm on the other side it is was SO much better. I'm deffinately excited but stressed about getting everything done. I'm still working on getting the house clean then after that I STILL have to get all the baby's stuff ready. I've gotten a lot done but it still seems so overwhelming. Today is almost over so that gives me 4 more days. I'd really like to relax and enjoy myself Sunday, not be washing baby stuff and putting cribs together.

well take it easy kay! I have a major shopping trip to do - I want to buy all the "essentials" before it's too late. With two kids, shopping will be a bit more challenging. :) Plus, I like a well stocked kitchen! Dawn, your dog is sooo cute! Makes me want one but - the gigantic poops they leave keeps me from running out just yet. :) Two kids in diapers is enough for me right now!

Ouch two in diapers? That's gonna be painful. I'm on a gas strike myself, I refuse to put more than $15 in my tank at a time till it goes down! I plan on going grocery shopping probably Saturday since I know I won't be going out after my c-section. Wouldn't it suck if I'm doing all this and I end up having to wait another week? I know if this stuff doesn't get done now it's deffinately not going to later.

Aw thats cute amanda!! ok cool then :o) Kay if they push it back another week at least its a week of rest..! i ate almost the whole pint of ice cream! lol Why is it so COLD out!

Yuck it's cold here too! It's not really bad, but it's deffinately cool when just a few days ago it was eighty degrees. I just wiped down the kitchen counters and tossed in another load of laundry. My little helper folded the towels and said "I love this job!" lmao

lol kay folding towels isnt a bad job there are so many much worse ones lol like picking up poo my parents made me do that my whole life haha so 5am thought i would get up to pee and let cash out he went pee right away and i let him right back in I guess i should have waited cause apparently he had to poop too lol thank god he dont have diarrea haha anyway that gave me an excuse to put him back in his crate - i hate when they do something good to put them back in their crate I feel like they are going to be like ..hey I did what you wanted why am i back in here lol although they say their crate isnt suppose to be punishment but lets face it he wont be able to be in one for long so why have him think its his home. ahh well so I am going back to bed for a couple hours.

Dawn - he sounds like he's already partially trained. I've always heard puppies like being in a crate at night. gabby - sorry you're having such a rough morning. I'm a little b___hy too so don't feel bad. I'm busting my a__s and everytime I look up my husband is asleep, watching tv, or playing basketball and it's p__sing me off. I hear ya on the gas, I refuse to put more than $15 in at a time so I'm constantly having to stop. I mean $3.75 a gallon? Are you serious??

You are SUCH a doll!!! I loved every single thing in there!!! and you got stuff on my registry!!! Your probably the only one haha Seriously I cannot thank you enough that was SO nice of you tell fred I said thank you as well..I love the frame I am going to get a picture of quazi printed up and put it in there it's perfect!!! I know your having a c___ppy day but you made mine great!

Kay I am with you on the gas its friggin ridiculous .. everything is even groceries - I am sick of it!! Cost me 25 dollars for a quarter gallon of gas thats NUTS so now i am like planning out my schedule for the day so I dont drive out of my way at all .. like I try and make a route for the day lol The lady said when I got him that she was starting him on housebreaking so I think between that and tyson he is getting it pretty good .. the only thing that takes time is teaching him to hold it or let me know - cause if the yard is open to him he chooses that but if it isnt he just goes lol he does seem to like his kennel cause he has a ton of blankets in there that were mine so they smell like me or chas
