I like the office too but it sometime conflicts with other shows I have set up to tape - I have a TON of stuff on mine lol plus I have a netflix movie 'no reservations' too i have to watch yet.

that's cool... I have not seen that movie yet... Freddie just got me the Juno so I really want to watch that. Oh yeah btw I am 30 weeks tomorrow.

I'm 31 weeks tomorrow :D anyway, Juno is definitely one of my favorite movies... I love how sa__sy she is.

kay - you know I'm kidding, right? :) I hate being in hospitals - except that they DO feed you and stuff. :) If they hadn't come in every 30 minutes to check on me when I had my dd, I would have stayed there for a while! I loved not having to cook...and have my husband get me whatever I wanted. haha...I also have Juno from netflix just sitting here waiting for Friday night! It's the only night we have time to watch movies during the week - too many other good shows on that we DVR - mmm...I just made a strawberry/blackberry yogurt smoothie and it was soooo yummy!!! I normally can't eat yogurt - it makes me gag. Nothing wrong with the taste, just the texture is hard for me to handle. All the chunky fruit made it sooo good. MMM!!! I don't feel guilty eating it either. I've been craving sugar so bad lately!!! For a while it was greasy food, now it's sweets. What next?? Kay - I'm suprised they did the groupB strep test -especially since you're having a c-section. Maybe they just wanted to check you in case you DID deliver early and before you could get a c-section. Who knows. Mine will be here soon enough.

yeah i only watched half of juno on the computer once.... so i am pretty excited to actually watch it without it stopping to buffer.... :) Your eggo is preggo! that is a great line! i love it. yeah tonight is a great night for tv. anywho i was talking to my mom tonight on the phone and she was telling me that she had the same thing going on with her pregnancy when she was pregnant with my brother. she was put on bedrest for 3 weeks when she was 32 weeks pregnant. so my fingers are crossed that that doesn't happen to me.

Oh I know fefer I just needed to vent. I've spent enough hours in there as women who delivered have, but I don't get a baby to take home! And their food when I was there was horrible. Breakfast wasn't so bad, but the rest, yuck! I'll cross my fingers and hope they just had a bad menu that day and I think I'll be packing myself some snacks. Anything I find says the test is done between 35-37 weeks and it's results aren't accurate if done before that....that's why I think my due date WAS changed because I would have been 35 weeks 1 day according to that, not 33 weeks. May just be wishful thinking, but if they did change it I'd be able to have my c-section when I wanted to, no problems, no amnio. That smoothie sounds yummy by the way! disko - I'm really surprised they did that to you. How far apart were your contractions? Did they do a fetal fibronection test? They told me being a cm right now is fine since I've already had a child and you've had 3! If they put you on the mag drip you'd be on hospital bedrest, which I think would be ridiculous unless you kept dialating. If you'r still having contractions but they aren't opening your cervix DEFFINATELY ask for a pill you can take at home so you can do the bedrest there. Hell ask for a shot to make them stop first, they can give you terbutaline in pill form to take at home as needed. I'm sorry, it just sounds like they're being really invasive and jumping to extremes. I don't want you to end up stuck in the hospital if they're other options because I know how much all that c___p sucks :( I really wanna see Juno. I didn't think it looked so great on the original previews, but the ones they have now that the dvd is released looked awesome. I'm just waiting for it to come on on demand. We rented I am legend last night and it was well....not horrible but not good.

My daughter loved that moved 'I am legend' she couldnt stop talking about it lol but there was a dog in it so maybe thats why who knows. I got up at 2 am to check on my pupperoni he just went out and went pee and came in nothing in either direction he dont look worse or better just kind of average .. he looks thirsty this morning lol he keeps looking at me when I run the sink like 'GIVE" haha but I cant - so after I drop chas off I will come home and give him his 1/2 cup of water n see how he holds it down hopefully he does well with it. So I ordered my baby shower favors this morning and I got this pinkish purple confetti that say 'its a girl' with lil stars and stuff just to put on the table tops and I got a shower game that is about 'did my water break' I picked that one cause it came 25 game pcs to a pack so I didnt have to buy 2 lol and cause it was a lil funny to read the lil things in the cards and then for a gift I got this lil brown and pink purse thing that has a manicure set in it and thats it the favors were the lil pink soap feet that come in little boxes with my Name it will have a lil tag that says "Dawn's Baby Shower May 4th 2008" So now that is done last thing to do is order the cake a week ahead of time and then on the day of I will go get balloons and thats that. Kay I read you responded on that pelvic post and that is EXACTLY what i have been feeling when I complain abut my crotch pain so now I will be sure to mention it to them. I have an appt monday so I am 33 weeks creeping up on 34 do you think they will do any kind of chochi exam? So I can shave and be mentally prepared? Or do you think maybe I will be spared and it will be the next one at 35-36 week mark

Morning girlies. It is only 8:30 here and I am only awake because my stupid dog was barking and barking and barking, for apparently no reason at all. He obviously just wanted to get out of his cage and aimlessly chase shadows around my house. Dumba__s. Well anyways, I have a dentist appt today. Not really looking forward to it but I kind of am. I haven't been to the dentist in 7 years because of not having insurance so I figured when I got this state ins, I better take full advantage of it. I think since I don't have to work today after my appt, I'm gonna go get my haircut again. It's getting long so quickly, I think pregnancy is making it grow faster. But I want to look nice for my shower on Sunday!!!!!!! YAY!!!! So Disko, I just wanted to tell you a lil about my MIL, it might make you feel a tad better, even though noone compares to yours. So my MIL called me last night to ask me what I needed other than what was on the registry. I told her not really anything, maybe some diapers if she wanted. So she then proceeds to tell me how if her ex-best friend shows up at the shower, she's gonna "punch that b___h out." We only invited her because they were still friends at the time the invites went out. So of course, I had to ask what happened and why they aren't friends anymore, and she then tells me how she went out on a date with her friends ex husband, and so her friend went out on a a date with my MIL's ex boyfriend for spite. I'm like Oh My God this is like high school drama and you two are 50 friggin years old. Needless to say, she made Fred call her ex-friend and tell her not to come to the shower. I swear, why do these people impose their drama in our lives when we are just trying to be happy and pregnant. I'm lucky though, I don't see my MIL that ofter so it's not that bad but she just plays that same victim role that yours does, it's so pathetic. Dawn, how is Quazi today? Did he do any better last night? Fred likes to make jokes in serious times that are sometimes not funny, but he wanted me to tell you that if anything happens to Quaz, that you can have Tank in place of him. Sorry if that wasn't funny but he tries to lighten up the situation all the time like when my dog from childhood was on the table dying at the vet's office on Christmas Day, Fred looked at my mom and asked her if we were gonna get her stuffed? I swear, it's funny sometimes, but sometimes completely the wrong timing. Ok well I'm gonna get ready for my appt. Be back later girls.

dawn - it's good to hear quazi is doing ok. The fact that he isn't throwing up anymore is a good sign. Your baby shower stuff sounds really cute. I'd a__sume they wouldn't start checking you till 36 weeks when your weekly appointments start. She only checked me at my last appointment because of my contractions and since the last doctor (the one who spent a whole 90 seconds with me) didn't check so it had been a while. I wasn't prepared to drop my drawers lol she was just stuck looking at my botched shave job. I honestly don't give a c___p anymore if my legs are stubbly, if my socks don't match, if it's not shaved....I'm just over it lol. Have *fun* at your appointment gabby. It's funny how petty women can be with eachother even at such an old age. Not that 50 is OLD but you know what I mean.....you'd think they'd be a little more mature. I've had plenty of contractions yesterday and today, but they just feel like small ones. It's sad to consider them being a few minutes apart as 'normal'. Guess what I'm about to go do? Heat up some soft pretzels and dip em in nacho cheese! I've been up since 3am lol

Kay have you ever purchased the pretzels with the cheese in the middle .. those sound similar and they are YUMMY ! Im waiting now cause he hadn't throw up last night but there was nothing to throw up so I just gave him his half a cup of water (which he looked at me like I was dumb for that tiny bit of water) so now I am watching him to see if he holds that down... he is laying in the yard in the shade taking it easy. Gabby lol tell fred if something happens to my pup and I come knocking on his door I will expect him to do good on that offer ! My friend was telling me yesterday if anything happened to my quazi that I should get a puppy so I dont feel so lonely I was like NO I will have a baby and thats all I need to clean poop from lol - lil puppies are cute but too much work for me. No dog would ever compare to my quaz but eventually I would have to get another dog because I feel safe with a big dog here with me - I have a lil 4 lb dog but I cant sleep without my big dog in here - I know if something happened he would bark and that would wake me up so I sleep more soundly knowing that. I have never not had a dog that was at least medium to large in size. For now I am praying hard for my quazi .. his nose was running this morning which made me a lil happy cause his nose was so dry yesterday and I thought that was maybe a good sign- I know Im fishing for good signs lol fred sounds like hes pretty funny though about the stuffing of the dog ... you cant get mad at him for that cause he is just tryin to cheer you up and it is pretty funny

O for breakfast this morning i had a sausage and cheese biscuit with a hashbrown and I ordered a 2nd biscuit just plain and then I stopped at dunkin donuts for a coolatta !! I went a week without one so I got one for 'happy friday' .. O and I got a donut too with chocolate frosting and sprinkles .. hee hee sprinkles hahahahahaha ok not that funny but it was to me !

i just want to cryyy. my stomach hurts real bad, im tired, and my nose won't stop bleeding. i know i know whah whah.

What the helll.....I just posted....anways guess I'll just retype it. These are little soft pretzels, probably half the size of the ones you get at the mall, that you just take out of the freezer and pop into the microwave for about a minute. They're so quick and easy and so d__n good! It actually IS a good sign his nose is wet, it means he's rehyrdrating. Sounds like he's doing good with the water so far and I think he'll be fine now that he isn't throwing up, probably just tired.

Aw sorry marisol! I went through a bad nose bleed phase. It seemed like if I blew my nose I'd get one and they were pretty bad sometimes. Hope your tummy feels better and you can get some rest.

Thanks Kay, oh by the way yesterday at my appt. i found out i've had the wrong due date in my head all this friggin time. the doc told me its June 4th. and he told me to pick either May 23 or May 30 for my c-section and let him know next appt. and well im opting for May 23 which means i'll be in the hospital on my b-day. but i picked that too cause i don't thing i'd make it to may 30, i actually doubt i'll make it to the 23rd. My sister says middle of may but i know she's shooting for that cause she leaves the 16 on vacation and comes back the 26th.
