Hey girls! What a morning lol I thought that a__sembly would NEVER end - I am glad I was there though chastidy makes me so proud of her - they had these citizenship awards and awards for kids with straight A's and she kept getting called for them - The citizenship award was only 2 kids per cla__s and I was so proud she was one of them it was for kids who were there since kindergarden and who always had good grades and were well behaved - she's such a sweetheart. Well we came home from that and I had to feed my screamer lol she was screaming by that time - its all drizzly out here so I pulled in front of my house to drop the baby off and chas and as i am getting back in my truck this hick in a pick up pulls up behind me all greasy looking and so I realized I left my keys in the door and chas runs out with them well he is like 'AHH COME ON' I LOST IT ...I was screaming like a LUNATIC out the window - I swear its like all or nothing with me either I am mellow or I completly loose my mind lol I called him a douche bag etc etc lol but seriously he seen me when he pulled all the way down the block he could have turned off ..so you pull behind me with my 4 ways and then complain..he was lucky I wasnt JUST getting ready to unload groceries or something lol usually i try so hard not to inconvience people or get in the way ...I realllly go out of my way to have manners and be conscience of other people but sometimes I wonder why i bother when no one else shows me the same respect. ah anyway I came in and fed her and we fell asleep for 2 hrs - I just cant stand my chest being this sore all the time I cant move never mind start my workouts I cant hole anything against me I cant lay on my belly ... Im going to hang in for as long as I can - maybe give pumping one more try and see how i feel about it. O I got something from the welfare dept today saying how they dropped me cause i had the baby lol they dont waste any time eh? lol

aw, dawn... I know how you feel about jerks like that guy, what a jack a$$. I would be proud of Chas too! good job raising such a great kid :) Im glad her litle graduation thingy went well. ow did Violet do (other than screaming at the end) around all the people and noise?

She slept thru the whole thing - Only cried on the ride home but other then that she was knocked out lol I got lucky there cause that place was hot and crowded and people were talking and clapping etc

geez, what a jerk! :) sorry about your b___bs - maybe pumping will make it better, I don't know. I pumped AND b___st fed for quite a while with Rachel and I didn't really have much of an issue with the engorgement - unless the feeding schedule was off. :) Then they would get rock hard. I'm gonna try and take a nap, I'm tired and bored and no one is around anymore. :( Where did everyone go? Probably having babies - or taking care of babies...I want my turn!! :)

I still here fefer... bu have a nice nap :) Dawn thats awesome that she slept the whole time!!

I think that is my problem they are too full - Hmm I am scared to touch them haha I was off reading up on cosleeping with the babe .. I feel better about it now

hi girls! ahh its another day and im waiting for something to happen. who's the next to have the baby out?!! im so excited to know. there is no baby at my end. i just feel all crampy and my belly gets soooo tight like a rock that i cant breathe. last night i was timing it for an hour and it was soo constant i thought i had to go to the hospital but after that it fades away. i was soo sad, i thought i would deliver last night. oh wells i guess was a false alarm. i have to wait on friday the 6th to see what happens on the appt.

hey Catherine, poor fefer is next. Shes overdue by 1 day now. or is it 2 ? Dawn- sounds like a crazy day! Go Chastidy! I'd sorry about your b___bs. Thats one part of b___stfeeding I'm NOT looking forward to.. Have you tried a nice hot bath or standingint he shower letting the water hit them? Does that help at all? DId your bopobs also get bigger after you had the baby? My nipples have gotten GINORMOUS this last week or so! Kind of weird! I' have stretch marks on my b___bs too...so if they want to grow even more AFTER baby...they're going to be covered! :-( I jsut got up from a two hr nap. (stretch!) BIIL and SIL are headed over here for the night. We're taking them ot dinner and then SIL is leaving for AZ for 2 weeks tmrw. Think we're going ot a Japaense steakhouse.MMMMM. SO I tried using that ridiculous flat iron to curl my hair and I coulnd't get it towork like the lady did. I'm ticked. I better figure out how to use it properly. I want o kcik myself tso hard. I can't believe I spent that much on it! I'm such an idiot! How did I get suckered? RAAAAWr~! A $40 flat iron would have worked fine for me bc I hardly ever use them anyway! The receipt said NO RETURNS... I'm going to probably try anyway tommorrow. Well that sudden "burst of energy" is so gone now. I feel like lazing around some more even tho theres dishes to be done. I called my mom to tell her about my effacement progress and she told me its my fault! LOL, and that I need to stop walking everywhere and to walk slower when I do because she knows I am a speed walker. When I mentioned he is head down she totally thought its way too early for that and it once again is my fault because I've been moving aorudn so much. Lol....its been 20 yrs since she last gave birth though, so I didn't argue much with her. HAhahaha. Heather- yep, I'm pretty excited just to hold the baby and take care of him... I havent really though of the sleepless nights ahead either. I set up his ba__sinet today nect to our bed and his little stand with all the diapers, wipes, lotion, etc. We aren't setting up a nursery in the other room until my parens come later this month...and even then we will probably wait till July, bc I know my mom wants to be a part of decorating his room and everything.

Christie standing in the shower is ok so long as a stray water droplet doesnt smash into my actual nipple then I want to cry its definatly something that takes getting used to I guess but they stopped bleeding so baby steps I guess. I know what you mean about moms and their 'advice' lol my mom was telling me NOT to let the baby sleep during the day for more then 3 hrs lol ..i was like umm mom its been 31 yrs since you had a baby and i dont think that is sound advice shes a newborn - that is all she does!

Newlywed - thanks for backing up our girl - that gal doesn't have all the facts and as anyone who has followed the story knows Kendra isn't trying to have a baby so he can go right into nicu -I said my peace but sure got fired up because I know we are all hormonal but don't beat yourself up - and thanks again - I'll get off your thread now...LOL you just said what I wanted to and didn't have a chance to yet! Hope all is well with you and look forward to reading your story soon!

hey ladies - I took a nice nap! I couldn't believe it was almost 4 when I got up. :) ahhhhh! Yeah Catherine - I SHOULD be next because I'm 2 days over due now but I'm sure it will be someone else before me. :) I have those bursts of energy all the time Christie. I'll have a day or two where I clean like crazy and then I'm wiped out for a day or two and then it starts all over again. I'm in the upswing right now - sort of. I think I'm too fat to have much energy for long anymore! dawn, I'd actually stay away from too much hot water - it can make the milk let down - but then again, you could let it leak out in the shower....try not to use soap on the nip-nips either, it will irritate them more. You poor thing! I feel so bad for you cuz I know what it feels like. I'm dreading having cracked, bleeding nipples again - I really hope it's different this time. actually, I won't let it get to that point now that I know there is help in the form of a special cream! :) And not sleeping for more than 3 hours during the day?? yikes - we'd go nuts! :) Dawn, there is a really good book called "healthy sleep habits, happy child" that talks all about sleep patterns and nap schedules and how babies need to learn to sleep. It was a life saver for ME but I didn't get it till rachel was 5 months - coulda used it a LOT sooner. Awesome book though - I didn't follow it 100% but got a lot of good info out of it. I'd HIGHLY recommend it.

I'm still not feeling that great :( fefer - where are you? in labor yet :D goodness mama get that baby outta there! haha he's just nice and cozy! dawn - how your nipples doing lady? lol and christie sorry about your flat iron! I bought one and by the third time I used it. It didn't get hot, it got warm I could actually touch it! lmao lemme go check out what you guys are going on about. darn you hormonally challenged women! hehe
