I'm 36 weeks pregnant in my first pregnancy and have the following stuff going on: My belly has dropped alot, extra discharge (that is also thicker, kind of mucus like i guess), change in bowel movements like wet poo and more trips to the bathroom, feeling restless and urge to tidy and clean, lower back pain alot but not in any pattern just more frequent than normal, high abdomen pain sometimes also not in any pattern just more frequent than normal. I just want to know, what the heck is going on? do these things mean anything or are they just normal pregnancy things? Please help
