When To Stop Baby Aspirin With Positive ANA

Hi ladies !
I was wondering , any of you have positive ANA and taking baby aspirin? if yes , when did ur doctor ask you to stop it ? i am 36 w now and my dr asked me to continue taking it till i give birth ! and i am so afraid of bleeding alot during labor . Please i need help and so nervious .
