This is my 2nd pregnancy, and I know that you show faster but I am in my 4th week and I have gained almost 20 lbs!! I don't eat excessively, and I eat a balanced diet. Besides that I have been feeling pretty sick recently. Can anyone tell me if this normal or am I gonna have 2 at once????

I'm 3 months along with twins and I've lost 3 pounds. I've been so sick that I had to be hospitalized for dehydration. And if you've gained 20 pounds in 4 weeks, you're in big trouble.

I didn't gain weight with my twins unti about 22 weeks. I'm 31 weeks now and have put on 20 pounds. I guess the only way to know for sure is ask your OB for an early ultrasound.
