Any Additional Meds With Clomid

Did anyone receive any additional medications or shots with the clomid? If so did it result in a twin or more pregnancy?

I also too metformin which is supposed to help with insulin resistance in women with PCOS. Sometimes just taking the metformin can help regulate periods and one can become pregnant. I had a singleton the first time around and am now 19 weeks with boy/girl twins. I used the same combo. of meds. both times.
