Braxton Hicks At 15 Weeks

I had an ultra sound done and it showed I was having braxton hicks contractions. I'm only 15 weeks - is anyone else having them already? Should I call my dr.?

I had Braxton Hicks contractions from 16 weeks until I delivered. When they started, I let my dr. know and he gave me some specific signs to watch for (increasing back pain, mucas plug). The contractions got worse when I was dehydrated, so make sure you drink plenty of fluids. I went into labor at 35 weeks and everything was fine.
