Hi there. I am 8 weeks along. Last week I went in for my 1st appt and Dr. did an internal u/s. I have a tilted uterus and it was pretty early so he was having a hard time seeing. What we saw was a little sac with what appeared to be a heartbeat and another dark circle next to it. He said to come back in 10 days and we would do another u/s. My hcg levels came back high and I am very nauseous and tired. I never had morning sickness in the past. It could be twins right? Or a cyst I suppose. I am obsessing over tis waaay to much and driving DH a bit loopy. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Anything is possible. Did your dr say anything about it being a possible twin or cyst? I think him wanting you to come back in 10 days could be a good sign. Ive not had any m/s with either of my twin pg, so I cant help there, also hcg levels can be high in singleton pg or multiples. GL..keep us posted.
