Fetal Movements

I am 19 weeks pregnant with Twin and I don’t feel any movements yet, Is it normal ??? I am worried any suggestion? My next appointment is after 10 days.

Is this your first pregnancy? Whilst you do feel movement earlier in twin pregnancies, it always takes longer if it is your first pregnancy.

It can be harder to feel movement depending on alot of factors. The placement of the placenta, what your body type is etc can effect how soon you feel it. Also, like emunah said if it's your first it can take longer because you're not sure what it feels like. You could have been feeling it here and there and just thought it was gas :) Don't worry, by the end you'll probably be able to see them move from the outside!

Your right freebird. I thought it looked like aliens trying to excape. But then the further along you get, the less movement you feel again because they run out of room.
