I have pregnancy of 12 weeks ,as per medical reports I have a twins baby.
What Precaution or care shoud I take for my self and for my twins babies about health.
Please give me the guidlines of remaining period for below things:
a)Health
b)Daily Diet Plan
c)Exercise
d)Sex Life
e)Medical Care
f)Weight of babies and my
