Help Multiple Birth Questions

I went on 50 mgms of clomid and produced 5 eggs, 3 mature. We did IUI on Nov 11th and are now pregnant! We are excited, but found out my HCG level yesterday at 33 days since LMP is 2700...we are doing an u/s monday at 5 wks 2 days. Has anyone else had these kind of levels?

I'm sorry I can't answer ur ? But what I just read scared the c___p out of me I took clomid 50 mgms and I don't understand. what do mean you had 5 eggs and 3 mature are u saying it's possible I could have produced 5 eggs on clomid alone. Please explain. Oh and congratulation

Im in the same boat, i was on 50 clomid and now at 31 dpo my HCG level is 2250. at 14 dpo is was 282 ( norm is 50-100) On clomid I produced 3 good size follicals, so now were re waiting to find out if its twins or triplets. Excited for us both, please keep us updated!

mama keya, I know your question is not directed at me but it is very possible to produce that many eggs on clomid alone depending on how your body responds to it. When I was on clomid I had regular ultrasounds from my RE to count the number of eggs to avoid doing IUI with too many. My limit was 4, and I produced 3 eggs. I got pregnant with twins, but it could just as easily have been trips.

Oh my, I took clomid 50 mgms on days 5 thur 9 and I'll find out tues if I'm pregnant and then if I am we'll find out how many I didn't prepare myself for that many. I'm worried now but I let u know either way, thanks for the info.

At 33 days, my hcg was 2880 with the twins. There is such a wide range of normal though. I didn't have an u/s until 8 weeks though. You should at least be able see a sac (or two) at 5 w 2 d. Congrats on your pregancy.
