Ok I Am Twenty Years Old And This Is My First Pregnancy And I Am Having Twins Girls And I am Always Coming Up With Questions And They Drive Me Crazy So Here Is What I Want To Know. My Last Doctor Visit Was Two Weeks Ago And I Was Twenty Eight Weeks But On My Ultrasound Not Only Was One Baby Breach But One Was Measured At Twenty Seven Weeks And The Other Was Twenty Six My Questions Are Is That Normal For Them To Be Growing At Different Rates And Also Way Are They Behind Me In Weeks I Mean How Could I Have Been Twenty Eight Weeks When On The Ultrasound They Were Twenty Seven And Twenty Six Weeks Someone Please Help I Am So Confused

your babies will grow at different rates and will have periods of growth spurts where they may even measure further along, i wouldnt worry too much unless your doctor starts worrying, easier said than done, but the measuring sounds pretty normal. also u maybe measuring bigger or smaller due to their positions or when they drop. hope this helps a bit.

When I went for my 28 week ultrasound with my twins, they were measuring different. I addressed my concern to my doctor and he told me that up to a 20% difference is acceptable. You seem to be in that category, so I wouldn't worry. Good luck.

Ultrasounds aren't exact measurements either. They can be off. They're good for measuring if the baby grew from the last visit, but when they give you exact weights. etc. they can be off by a bit. Like emunah said, if the difference is not huge I wouldn't worry
