hi, be prepared for a tongue lashing from some. first off, your age is pretty good for twining. you will need to get your clomid either from your OB or online at a reputable store (there are loads of ladies here willing to tell you where they got theirs) then you need to take it from CD3-7 for best results (more follies) and you should ovulate between CD14 and CD18 so you will need to do some working out to make sure your period starts on the right day so that you ovulate between your desired days. good luck!

I suggest doing lots and lots of reading about this matter before you start taking anything. It is very important to be aware of you body and cycles. CD # means 'cycle day'. I'm sure you know there are a certain number of cycle days between each period. CD 1 refers to the first day of your period. follies - means folicles. So the egg which is to be fertalised. Clomid is a medication that can either help increase the amount of folicles your ovaries release and it can help with the quality of the egg that is released. Clomid taken CD 5-9 creates good quality folicles. Clomid taken CD 3-7 creates more folicles. You take 1 tablet about 50mg once a day for those 5 days. Depending on what country you are from you can either buy it from the pharmacy or you need a prescription from a Dr. If you need a prescription from a DR and can't get one, you can buy it unprescribed from websites wuch as medmex or mexmeds. or pretty much just google unprescribed clomid. There are many risks a__sociated with taking u/p clomid and not being monitored by a DR. It can cause cycts on the ovaries which can be painful and dangerous. If you read lots of these threads you will get a bit of an idea about it all.
