It's been 4 weeks since my invetro and already my doctor says my chances are high and my hcg level is at 688. What does this mean? Am I having one or multiple babies? I rather hear from mothers that have experience than male doctors that dont know anything about being "ACTUALLY" pregnant! PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have triplets, but my HCG was over 600 at 15 dpo. 688 doesn't seem high enough for twins, but you never know. . . Congrats on your pregnancy

after IVF my hcg levels were 250 and on my second testing they were 750. Had my us and am having twins. Some say the numbers can never tell.

15 dpo my HCG was over 4,000. Sounds like singleton - whatever it may be - congrats
