I want so badly to have twins or more. I would love any info from others that have gotten pregnant with the help of clomid and how they did . How much they were on as well as how long they took it and so on.

well that wasn't very nice, triplemom!! i'd love to have multiples as well, understand the risks involved, and am NOT looking for attention. didn't your mom ever teach you that "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"??????

I think triplemom has some truth to what she says. Maybe not all but I would safely say that most woman who want twins this bad are wanting what they think life with them would be. The dressing alike, the looks and stares, the comments, having others being envious of them, being stopped in public and people pointing. Ugh! Believe me, it gets so old after the 5 minutes. You seriously start feeling like a freak. Ask any multiple mom and she will tell you exactly the same thing.

For anyone who does not have multiples they cannot understand what life is like. So to say that "I want twins or more badly" is screaming I want people to look at me or I want to be the center of attention. Life with multiples is not easy - dont get me wrong I LOVE THEM TO PIECES, but they are definitly a hand full.

I love having triplets. Sure it's hard taking care of 3 at once, but it's such a joy. That being said I would NEVER aim for multiples because of the risks. Amk - You said you know the "risks." That's great. But have you ever seen a 1 lb baby in an incubator? What premature babies go through in the NICU is torture. Half of all twins and 90% of triplets will be born significantly premature. Those are certainly not odds I would like to play with.
