I have 3 amazing boys and desperately want a girl, actually twin girls would be great since if we don\'t have a girl on this last try we are done. My maternal grandmother had a set of triplets and no one in our family has had multiples since. I have no problem conceiving and was wondering if there was any \"natural\" methods anyone had used or heard of working that might help me in getting twin girls?

Well, I'm pregnant with twins and I'm pretty sure my diet or lifestyle had nothing to do with it. Smoked a pack a day, drank coffee regularly, ate convenience food and loads of sugar, and took prescribed stimulants for ADHD. Seriously though, I wouldn't suggest trying for such a thing, the symptoms and risks are horrible. If it happens naturally, embrace it, but if you conceive only one, that would be great too! Some women can't have any children!
