Name Complaint

Ok so I am 19 weeks with fraternal twins, a boy and a girl. I wanted names that compliment each other but DO NOT rhyme. We were going to go with Breanna and Brennan, but now my bf is deciding he wants the girl to be names Neveah (heaven spelled backwards...) I absolutly hate the name and cant think of any boy names to go with it. He wont listen to me for anything!!!! Just wanted some more opinions or suggestions. Anything would help! Thank you!

I like Breanna and Brennan. Great names for twins! I don't really like Neveah, but names always grow on people. If you like it, go with it. You can always still use Brennan for the boy's name. It won't have the same ring as Breanna and Brennan, but if you were having two separate pregnancies would you still try to have the names compliment each other?

Sorry, Robyn. I don't love it either. I think Breanna and Brennan are nice but just a little too "twinsy" for me. I like Andrew and Alison. If he wins with Neveah, how about Nash for a boy? If he likes Neveah, maybe he would like something with a similar meaning- how about Eden and Eric, Eliot, Ellis? Eden and Owen sound nice together. Gloria, also very heavenly, and Glen, Gabriel (the angel), or Gregory. Angela and Aaron, Adam? Good luck. stick to your guns- you should like your kids' names!!!

Please don't let him name the girl Nevaeh. You'll be doing her a favor. And thank you for not choosing a cutesy rhyme scheme for your kids' names. Stick to your guns and consider Daisy's suggestions! Personally, I like Andrew and Alison.

My twins names are Braden and Brice.. * NOT TWINSY .. but still start with a B... IF one of them would have been a girl.. I would have named her Bailey* (THIS was before my dog ) Named bailey.lol BEST OF luck to you.. I myself would allow HUBBY to name the boy.. and you name the girl ;) ... Thats just me.. i chose Braden .. hubby chose Brice.. Best of Luck to you

I have a friend that told her husband that since he didn't carry the babies he has no say so in the names. I don't agree with that but I don't really care for Neveah either. I don't know what I'm having yet but I think it's a boy and girl and I'm going to name them Matthew and Anna - not similar but nice.
