Parents Of Twins Please Give Me Your Experience

I am now pregnant with our 3rd baby after using a pretty high dosage of clomid (doctor prescribed) and something feels weird with this pregnancy. My first ultrasound isn't until Nov. 7th so I haven't seen anything but strange things are happening. I am extremely tired, not unusual but much more so than with either of my 2 past pregnancies, actually everything feels like it is either more pronounced or hitting me a lot faster. My br___ts even started leaking colostrum before I knew I was pregnant. Do you think this sounds like it might possibly be more than one baby or just my body reacting to a 3rd pregnancy? Thanks for any help, advice and stories you have. :)

It's hard to say. I actually had zero symptoms when I was first pregnant with twins. I even got a BFN when AF was a week late! No sore nipples, no nausea, no tiredness, NOTHING until I was pretty far along. I think maybe I was just lucky, though. My cousin has twins, too, and she reacted the way you are describing. Let us know!
