Pregnant With Twins And Spotting

I haven't been cramping, or felt like I'm miscarrying, but I'm spotting. I had an ultrasound Monday and you could see the babies but no heartbeat. According to dates I'm 8 weeks but according to the ultrasound I'm 6 weeks 6 days. My HCG has been: Last Monday 9134, Last Wednesday 10619, This Monday 16931. I go tomorrow for another HCG test. I'm so confused can anyone help or explain what is going on?

I am also pregnant with twins and when I was about 6 weeks I also spotted. I found that is would happen right after I would get my check up at the doctors. I never felt cramping or anything else, just spotting. I know it is kind of scary, but is the bledding happening at random times or can you pin point if it is happening around certain activities? My doc said that with twins the uterus gets even more irritated because it is expanding faster and that it is very common for bleeding. So try not to worry to much unless you have a lot of cramping.
