Sorry Last Entry Was Confusing Smaller Baby

Ok, I'm going to try and ask again correctly.
On my 7wk ultrasound my doc said I was only 6 wks. We (doc, husband, myself) knew that I was 7. On my 9th wk we found out that we are having twins!!! The doctor still shows the babies smaller then they should be at 9 wks and we did not hear any heartbeats. Is there anything to worry about??
