I am currently 8 weeks pregnant. I have passed an enrmous amount of tissue. I was sure that I had lost my baby. But 2 days later I have had an ultrasound and my baby is doing fine with a strong heartbeat. But the doctor says I have a threatened abortion? Anyone know what that is? And he also prescribed crinone 8% gel. I think maybe it was twins. Doc doesn't know what is going on. Gkad I found this forum and people who are going through the same as I.

This happened to me too...my second daughter is now 4. I too think it may have been twins. I have many pregnancy experiences though, (I have a 6, 4 and 1 year old daughters) and I had two seperate blighted ovums at 8 weeks and one loss of a boy at 14 weeks. I am currently pregnant again (maybe twins!) Good luck, stay poaitive and relax, you will need a lot of rest in the coming months.
