Uterus Discomfort Very Early In Pregnancy

I just finished my first IVF cycle and came up pregnant! I’m scheduled for my first ultrasound in a few days. I could very easily be carrying a multiple pregnancy and kind of suspect it. My question is: How early have you experienced uterus discomfort? Every once in a while I feel a pulling sensation when I stand up quickly. I know the uterus expands while the baby is still very tiny and if you are carrying multiples it can expand faster. Have you ever experienced the sensation? This early?

Lilly, did you ever get an answer to your question? My wife (Heidi) is experiencing the same feeling of lower uterine discomfort (like a twitching feeling). Like you, she has also recently undergone IVF treatment w/ two embryos implanted. She doesn't know the cause of this strange sensation, but is hoping that it's just related to having twins rather than a symptom of an impending miscarriage.
