Can someone please explain to me what vitex does? How much are you supposed to take? And can you take any brand or is one better than the other? And should some people not take it?

Some people take vitex to regulate periods like i did and not just to gain twins from it. The likely hood of twins when taking vitex is virtually none. It is aslo taken by pre menapausal women .
