I am a 35 year old, I have 6 children, I ovulate monthly, My mother is a fraternal twin, I have had 2 prior twin pregnancies but lost one twin each time, I am taking folic acid 800 a day for 3 months, and B6 daily, i am taking clomid 50 mg a day, days 2-6, what are my chances of twins? What else could I do to improve my chances, this is day 3?

Just because you have had prior twin pregnancies and the gene runs on the mothers side of the family...I would say your chances are pretty good. Since you ovulate normally and sometimes multiple ovulations, with the clomid...I would expect maybe more than twins too. Good luck!
