What About These HCG Levels

We have been through 4 miscarriages (the first being twins) and have been blessed with one beautiful daughter. We are currently pregnant again and my hcg levels are very different from anything I have ever seen with me in the past. What is going on here? Has anyone ever seen anything like this? These hcg levels are going through the roof, any idea what is happening?
