I am 6 weeks pregnant. I go to the doctor for an ultrasound in two weeks. My younger brothers are fraternal twins and my husband is a fraternal twin. What are the chances that I am carrying twins? No morning sickness, but so tired, I don't how I will continue to get up for work at this rate. Also, I feel very dizzy/lightheaded all day long, despite regular small meals and LOTS of fluids
