True, c-sections are a lot more common with twins, but I know a lot of twin mommies that have given birth v____ally. It all depends on the situation. My Dr. was pro-v____al if possible. As long as A was head down, then we would go for it. A finally did flip to head down at 35 weeks, then my little stinker B flipped to breech at 38 weeks. She ended up flipping to head down after he came out, but they would have tried to turn her or deliver her breech if needed. So, no it is not a necessity. Be upfront with your Dr. about wanting to try it if possible.
