***BUMP***
I would love it if the recently prego ladies out there would post there HCG levels and at which week those levels were taken.
I have asked my OB if she is going to test my HCG level when I actually get prego and she said no. That is disappointing. I will start clomid (finally) in June. Yay!!! I guess when I get prego I will just have to wait to find out.

Me too I am really interested in this as I will be getting a blood test if AF doesn't show her nasty face on the 30th.
I had a friend whose lmp was 3/9/09 and she got b/w done on 5/5/09 and her beta was 256. Thats really loww huh? Shes really worried but I told her that maybe she ovulated later than she thought and wasn't as far along as she thinks. We will see, she got b/w on 5/22/09 so on Monday we will get results.

Sam, if she's in the US, it may end up being Tuesday since Monday is Memorial Day ;)
I hope you do NOT see AF's face at all darlin'!!
Baby dust to you and good sticky vibes to your friend!

Hey Linda thanks for catching that! I suppose if my friend was really worried she could go to work and check it herself on the computer, but shes not worried at all, I think I am more than her! I wanna know...lol!!

SOReady - thats so wierd that your dr is not going to test your HCG levels - that is 1 of the best ways to track if your pregnancy is viable or not. I would have another talk with her and tell her you WANT to know.
I finally found the paper that I had wrote my levels on! On CD 31, when AF was about 2 days late(1st test) they were 834, on CD 34 they were 3284. After that I only got them tested 1 more time and I dont know what I did with those results. Then when I was 11w3d I had them tested when I was at the hospital and they were 128,687

It's crazy that she wont test me. The last time that we talked about it she said that it wasnt needed. I have an OB apoointment on Wed. so I might bring up the subject again.

I'm new to this site and for some reason can't find where to post a thread of my own (wondering if I have to post to others before I can start my own.) But my question applys to this thread so I figured it wouldn't hurt to put it here...
I'm 28 and my baby girl will be 2 in June. I have had 3 M/c since her.
I am one million % positive that the first day of my last period was 1 May 09. We had s_x on the 9th, 11th, and 13th. Sat the 23rd (FIVE DAYS BEFORE MY MISSED PERIOD) I got a postive home test. Like dark, and right away. Took another one the next day just to make sure I wasn't crazy...same result.
Went to the doc today which is day 28 after the first day of my last period. B/C of my M/C issues she did a hcg test. 923! She even called to ask me if I was sure on the first day of my last period and wants me to come in on Saturday to have another hcg check...AND moved up my 9 July apt to 9 June.
Any thoughts??? I'm not on clomid or any other fertility stuff...

Theres always the chance that it could be twins. Only a u/s can tell you for sure. At my 1st u/s at 6 weeks they only saw 1 baby and then a week later they saw 2. Good luck and keep us updated!

I know I need an ultra sound but she said she wanted to wait until around 7 to 8 weeks. :( Just wondering what you ladies with multiples think. :) Twins...geez...I can't even imagine! But it would be fun!

Mommy in WI, hi and welcome to the site!! :)
Your levels seem very high for so early on, which could indicate multiples. I've had pregnancies with multiples spontaneously, though I've yet to have them all survive till the end of the pregnancy.
Your doc will worry about a couple of things...only one is negative, so I'd rather focus on the positive which would be multiples.
As Ashley said, they like to wait until 7-8 weeks at least before doing your first u/s (but only if you're not high-risk...which leads me to think that you probably should see a high-risk OB because of your history), that way they are more likely to see more distinguished sac/sacs and more possibly the fetal pole(s) of your baby/ies :)
If done before this time, you need to prepare yourself for being told the worst case scenario, which would be that you are not having a viable pregnancy....by some techs/docs, but not all. Some are quicker to jump to the worst case, others are not. So, make sure if you have an earlier u/s, you are prepared to walk out of there with the knowledge that you are pregnant, and it's just too darn early to see anything ;) Make no rash decisions and demand further u/s's if this is the case.
I just had to share this, as I've seen so many women get stressed and scared out of their minds because this information is not forthcoming when an u/s is performed so early. *hugs*
CONGRATS on your pregnancy :) I am wishing you the best and happiest healthy 9 months my friend.
P.S. If you would like to make your own post, look on the left hand side towards the top. It will have something along the lines of "Do you have a question"...click on this(I believe it has different colored board game pieces in the box as well).
I hope this helps.
STICKY BABY VIBES to you darlin'!!

Thanks for the post. I don't know why I'm checking this site every 15 mins...like I'm waiting for someone to say, "Oh, yep, you're having twins!" haha! :) I'm just anxious I guess. yeah, I read about a molar pregnancy. Boy that would TICK ME OFF! With my daughter I had symptoms early on but with the 3 M/C I never really had symptoms...so since I could fall asleep standing, pee every half hour, and about fall down every time I stand up, I'm hoping this one is a go for at least one! And it's funny. I don't want two...but I kinda do now!
I am just so positive on my last missed period and the dates we had s_x that I can't grasp why the number was 923 already? I am a 28 cycle day person EVERY month so today is the day I should have got my period. IT's crazy that my HcG is 923 already. OKay, sorry I'm rambling. :)
