i found out today that im having a c section as 1 of the twins is breech & is c_ming 1st. im very nervous about this can any give me any help full hints please.

I had a c-section that was not planned. It was not as bad as I thought. I didn't feel a thing, the twins were fine and that pain afterwards wasn't so bad. The only thing that was painful was the air that gets in your abdomen during surgery and is trapped there. Your body has to slowly get rid of it and that really hurt. Just take it easy and rest, rest, rest. Also, they don't want you to drive for 2 weeks after a c-section.
