Hi Brenda, I think of it this way...If you wake up with af then count that day as day one but if you go to bed with af then count that day as day one even if it comes in the late in the evening. There are women that take their first clomid pill from days 1-5 or as far back in there cyle as 6-10. Luckily it's not too much of an exact science and will not matter that much if you were to start a day later or a day eariler. As long as you take them 5 days consecutively. You only begin taking the pills again when your next cycle begins. I do a pregnancy test before I take the first clomid pill...(just to make sure) and I always take them just before going to bed to help with the side effects for the next day. I don't know anything about progesterone cream - sorry. I've done heaps of searching around on the internet to find out everything that I can on clomid. So perhaps doing that will give you more info on the progesterone cream? What days and dosage of clomid were you thinking of taking when you start? Hi Marina, I have been taking prenatal vitamins for the last 2-3 months in preparation for pregnancy. I was told by my dr. that it was fine to take both clomid and prenatal vits together. I take the clomid right before bed time.

Hi, Lauren. I am doing good. We found out that my husband has a low sperm count of 4 million. He has gotten me pregnant twice in the past one resulting in m/c. So I am hopeful, but not to hopeful. I should have ovulated around the 14th, but I believe I did on the 17th instead. I felt two twinges about 5 minutes apart on my left side. I have never felt myself ovulate before so I am really excited. Hopefully it was two eggs and his little guys got there. LOL How are you doing? I am sorry to here about your brother. Amanda - thank you for your thoughts I spent the past two days with my SIL & there two boys wow ...count your blessing ladies at least we have a dad for our kids. I am not even exactly sure when I o'd this mth. The funny thing is last mth I was on 50mg & had more side effects than I do this mth on the 100mg...I'm starting to be a bit concerned & hope the pills I got from qualitygenerics were the real deal. I have a script to get the clomid here but its 2 times as expensive as there. Today is cycle day 19 just waiting & waiting some more. Hope you girls are all well. What day are you now?

Are you pregnant with twins?

Today is cd 21 for me. One week to go and getting nervous. For some reason I have been super constipated this week. I can count the number of times on one hand that I have been the last two years. Hopefully pregnancy signs. I guess we will see. If I don't start Sunday, I will probably wait till Wednesday, since I think I ovulated later.

Hi Amanda, today is day 21 for me also and I am a trying to keep busy. Very regular with my period, so if it shows it should be by sunday also. Good luck !!!!

to zoe: thanks again for the info. i am thinking of ordering today, & starting next month, probably 100mg days 2-6. have your experienced the dry to no cervical mucas? if so , what has been your remedy? have a great day.

Amanda & Irene - I am on day 21 also wow this should be a good mth for one of us...hopefully all three & everyone else. Tomorrow is my anniv. I hope I feel alittle more positive soon. I don't have one symptom at all. I am worried about the clomid I received does anyone have any thoughts about that?

Lauren, don't worry about the Clomid. Some women, including myself, don't have ANY symptoms when taking clomid. I wouldn't worry about it.

Lauren, First things first, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY make it a great one. I don't have any symtoms either other than I feel like I am getting AF but one thing I know for sure is that your body prepares for AF becasue it dosen't know it's pregnant until it's missed it's period. So hang in there. I to hope at least one of us but hope and pray for all of us. Again enjoy your anniversary it should be special. Best wishes to everyone.

Kim, wanted to say congrats to you on the triplets, my best friend of 35 years did ivf and is expecting triplets, I have gone thru all the motions with her and feel like it is me, I am so extra excited for her. She is due March 5th but certain she will go sometime in the end of january or early feb, thought if you might like I can give you her email and you could chat. Hope all is well with you !

Lauren: I too have not had many side effects this month compared to last. Maybe it has something to do with the second month? I changed to the prescribed brand that my Dr. gave me this month and thought that they would be better than the ones that I got off of the net but I'm not too sure! Either way for the last couple of days I have been only getting the odd twinge and a few minor cramps. I should O today...at least that's what my OPK says! Sheral: How are you going? Brenda: I'm taking Robitussin with 100mg of Guaiphenesin per tsp (2 tsp 3 times a day) to help thin my CM since Clomid has dried me up. I'm also using pre seed when BDing instead of egg whites. Let us know how you go!

The first month on 50mg was awful. The second month the only side effects I had was a mild headache the week I took the pills. I moved up to 100mg this month and the headaches and bloating were back. I haven't had any cramping this time though. I think your body gets used to it and deals with it better as each cycle pa__ses.

I'm new to this site. I've looked at all the posts and some made me smile (because I can relate) and others made me cry. Seems like a lot of us are on the same cycle. Tomorrow is CD21 for me and I'm going in for some BW - crossing my fingers. It's nice to see that so many women are in similar situations. I too would like multiples - this is my first month. Tammy- Yes the exp is not until next year I beleive it's August I haven't taken mine yet my AF hasn't arrived yet. To Kim- (posting July 13th) Yes my sister-in-lae is pregnant with twins from IVF it took 4 cycles. She is giving birth on the 24th of Aug I can't wait!!!
