Clomid 50mg 3 Follicles Twins Or Tripplets

My question is I was put on clomid day 3-7 ultrasound at 12 wasn't ready went back day 14 had 4 follicles they were 14,19,20,21.So then I got my HCG shot and went in for iui next day . will I get preg with multiplies. Has this happened to any else PLEASE HELP...

The first time I did IUI I had 7 follicles (all of great sizes) and got pregnant w/only one (ended in miscarriage). Second time, we had 3 good sized follicles and... well hence the name. But, just because you have that many follicles doesn't mean you WILL have multiples. Just means that you potentially will release more than 1 egg.

The only problem I have is I don't ovulate on my own. I take a pt next friday to see if the iui worked. If possitive this will be my 4th pregnancy

I didn't ovulate on my own either. I used prescribed clomid and it worked. Altogether I have had 5 pregnancies
