Can any one tell me when should i take preg test?after how many days after the last pill of clomid. my last day was 8th oct. i think i should be ovulatin from 11, 12, like after 5 days. how long should i be doin baby makin process and when should i take preg test?is it imp to do the second cycle exactly the same dates as the first cycle?

Hi ladies, you are welcome, I really glad that the infos that I provided are helpful. I went to see my sis-in-laws yesterday night (she just gave birth to a daughter). When I was holding her, I feel like my mum instinct are coming out, she is coooo cute and beautiful. I was begging them to let me take her home. I can definately holding my own twins next Jul!!!! If anyone of you living in Australia, you will know what I mean, we are having baby boom these few yrs, and it doesn't fell good when you go shopping and I can swear almost 40% of the women are either prego and pusing their child in the pram. Really really jeolous. But I am telling myself that I wil be pusing mine next Jul. I really need all the strength and positive thinking.

Whtzup, I have a little more infomation that might be able to help you of when you can take your preg test. If you read the infos tat I provided and understand it, you will know when if your PEAK-TYPE MUCUS (Clear, Stretchy & Lubricative), after this day, you will observe that yor mucus change quite dramaticly. The next day after your PEAK-TYPE MUCUS you should recognise it as THE PEAK DAY (the last dy of any mucus discharge that is clear, stretchy and lubricative). Then the day following your THE PEAK DAY, it will be PEAK + 1 and continue. You can take your blood test on PEAK + 17(If you haven't start your period). If you get negative after PEAK + 17, your period will begin in the a few days. I hope you can understand. Example, after your clomid on 8/10 , and ovulated on 12/10, count 13/10 as your THE PEAK DAY, 14/10 PEAK +1 , do your test on 30/10 (PEAK +17). Hope this help!

I am not a patient person either, but when it comes to anything related to baby, I have to be patient. I am CD9, not much mucus yet, hopefully I will start having some in the next few days and I am having U/s next Mon, I will be delighted if my doc can see a few follicles.

Ladyshep, my dic said KY Jelly is ok to use, but I read some other website that KY Jelly will still kill half of the sperms. My hubby always complains that I don have enough CM, so we always use KY. Have you heard of using egg white? I tried once, I am cool with it, but my hubby not very keen on it. But this month, i bought some organic free range eggs to use, I told my hubby we have to use the egg white, but he is giving me the face. Sometimes, they just don get how frustrated we are of having a baby. I am willing to try all method to achieve it.

Hi Pl............. Yes I have heard of the egg white method. I have read some sucess stories involved with using egg whites. They use egg whites in labs to store sperm for testing. Egg whites produce a mucous like enviornment. Your supposed to use the egg whites the day before and the day of ovulation. Make sure to use organic egg white. I wouldn't even bother with separating the yolk from the egg white just buy plain ol' egg white so that way you want have to worry about getting a horrible infection from the yolk part of the egg. I hate to tell you to be secrective to your husband but maybe you should try it and not tell em' about it men sometimes don't understand our logic behind certain ideas. I'm sure he would not be mad if this method works afterall. Then you can say "see I told ya it was worth trying." (smile) But who am I to tell you to break that trust bond between you and your husband. It is totally up to you how you want to do it. Maybe try telling him more about it first and giving him more research about it maybe he is scared it is going to give him an infection,but it won't as long as there is no egg yolks in it. PL, good luck with the egg white! I have also heard of this. We use pre seed, but were very close to trying the egg white because pre seed is so expensive! I am currently on CD26, I tested again this morning & it's still positive! I'm starting to get excited! Last month I tested the morning of CD27 & it was negative & AF showed up later that day. So I think if I'm still positive tomorrow then it should be for real! In the meantime, I'm trying not to get my hopes up...too much! Bul, any word from Cheri? I'd try emailing her again if you haven't heard from her.

Rowan...I sure hope so! I just took another test (yes, I am going crazy!!) & it was also positive. I'm not sure if it makes any ifference, but it had only been just over 3 hours since I had gone to the bathroom. However, when I wiped, there was definitely some brown (dreid blood?) stuff on the tp. Any ideas what this is? I'm thinking AF is on her way....

Hey meg keep up the positive thinking. Maybe that brown could be implation bleeding. Keep your fingers crossed.

Hi Rowan ~ I was on both Metformin and Clomid when I got pregnant. Metformin is really a diabetic drug, but it is used more and more frequently in women with PCOS. I have PCOS and also had a pituitary tumor that was removed in 1995. Talk about screwed up hormones :) I was on 2500 mg of Metformin at the time of conception. I was in my first cycle of Clomid. I took 100 mg on days 3-7, and had a follicle scan on day 12. They told me how many follicles there were, the size, and approximate release day. As I said before, I swear by the follicle scan to determine the approximate time of ovulation. There just isn't any guesswork!!! Meg ~ Wow! I really hope this is it for you :) As for the lubricant, I also read you shouldn't use synthetic lubricants when taking Clomid. To be honest, saliva worked great for us. You might need to "reapply" more often, but completely natural and produced by you :)

Hey ladies, quick question for you. Anyone know anything about implantation bleeding? I did not have any with my ds, & may or may not be having it now. 2 days ago (10-11 dpo), I had a few drops of blood when I went to the bathroom, & then last night 11-12 dpo, I had a ver small amt. of blood when I wiped. I though for sure AF was on her way, but that was it. HPT is still positive this morning...I'm 13 days past my hcg injection. Trying not to get too excited, but it's getting hard!

Meg, only God know i'm praying that this test remains positive for the next 9 months, i'm so excited for you i feel like we are standing in a queue and its not starting to move, it will be my turn soon. PL i've emailed Cheri, the thing is i changed e-mail addresses and send another e-mail to notify her, so i'm thinking maybe she hasn't received the e-mail about the change or e-mail address. and yes i did pay. i'm on CD21 no symptom of pregnancy, i'm waiting to see if i'll get my period this month. i have a little dry mucus

Meg - This is so awesome! Bul I'm on day 21 also - not having any pg symptoms either except very crampy! to the point it wakes me up. I think it must be the clomid making them so bad b/c I never got them this bad before. I have lots of creamy cm cervix is low & soft. Just waiting for AF to arrive. oh how I wish she wouldn't. I'm getting worried...I just went to the bathroom & when I wiped there was definitely some brown on the tp. I'm a__suming it's dried blood. I'm still crampy, so I am thinking that AF is coming. I guess I am just hoping for the best, but expecting the worst...probably not the best att_tude! :-)
