Does anyone know anything about this or experience this before? As my last posting, today my u/s shows that my 2 dominant follicles aren't developing well, instead the other 3 follicles are growing. My doc said I can still ovulate. I am feeling kinda confuse. This is the only thing that keep me postive today, I couldn't even go to visit my sis-in-law today, because I can't bear that they will be talking about how wonder their daughter is. i know I am still young (26yrs old), but sometimes just can't figure out why is it so hard to fall pregnant when we wanted it so much. Is it a punishment to me because I had termination 5 yrs ago? ohhhhh..... i hope i can receive Cheri prediction tomorrow. Meg, I am soooo happy for you. Your successful stories really cheers me up. Hi me and my Dh have been trying to conceive for 3 years now.I always read these boards and never responded but I feel that some have giving me a little hope in starting this journey in having a child. I started taking 50 mg of clomid this month starting on days 5-9. My cycles are usaually 27 days long I am currently on CD 19. I received a positive from a opk on CD16 so I have 2 questions do you think my leutal phase is short and also on the day I received a postive on my opk me and husband BD but I was so sore like it was really uncomfortable is this normal to go through this when ovulating. Also congrads to the ones that have received a positive pregnant test and baby dust to all.

If the 1st spotting & O pains were not O then the next spotting & cramping & slear cm was Oct 16th so that would make me about 9dpo....anyway you look at it today is cd25 & my last cycle was 29 days thoughts anyone?

Rowan - it sounds like you may just be too early to get a + hpt. Let us know. PL - my best advice would just be to listen to your doc. If they said that you could still ovulate with the 3 follicles that are growing, than I would bet you can. Try to keep your hopes up.

hi London. Last month around the time I was supoosely ov' I remember having sharp pains in my hips and lower stomache. every women has different symptoms of ov'. I am not sure how the luteal phase works. G/L to ya London

Meg, I think I like high school better, but there are pros and cons to each in a way. 6th graders get so excited about projects where they can color- and that's fun. I teach in NC, but I taught HS in MD. Where do you teach? Kimmer- I would love to have multiples- so I' hope you're right. Hows everyone doing? Any other good news! Does anyone else take their waking temp? I have been trying to do that, but just started all that this past month. My temp. seems so low compared to the diagrams in the book. It's falling now, too. Does this mean I'm not preg? Gosh I just wish I could get answers RIGHT NOW :-). I am considering this Cheri person more and more. How expensive is she? Has anyone else had Meg's results where she is dead on?

Hello Ladys I want to Thank you for your support. I had another HCG done today and It went from 239 to 104.So I guess me and the hubby will be on another round of clomid. I will keep you lady's posted. I am still waiting on the doc to call me back. Baby dust to you all********************

Ladyshep, I'm very sorry. To have your hopes up like that and then be let down is hard, I'm sure. Baby dust STORMS to you on your next round of Clomid. Will you be on 100?

Hello ladies. I'm new to the boards, but have been reading and I have to say I'm a little nervous. DH and I have been TTC since March of 05 with no luck. Found a really good OB/GYN and she determined I had endometrial hyperplasia. I had a D&C and have waited my 3 months before DH and I could try. I have not had a cycle of my own after the D&C which is upsetting because before I had that procedure done, I was back to clockwork but was told I produce too much estrogen. Now, I'm waiting to be done with my cycle of progesterone so I can start my 50mg of Clomid. I'm just really nervous and guess I need some hope because I've been married before for 5 years with no luck and this time with no luck again. DH tells me to keep faith, and I believe it will happen, but I can't help fearing this won't work either. My dr tried Metformin, but I had extremely serious side effects and had to discontinue after only 3 days. I had been having the same problem as my big sis but she's in the docs today to find out the s_x of the baby so I guess I'm the only one in my family with this problem. My question is if I don't know how long my cycle should be, when should DH and i bd? And what if I don't get preggy and don't have a period?

Welcome Teddyfinch! Well I ov between the 12-16 and I used an opk those days to get the exact days. Opk worked very well for me. i hope this helped a little. lots of baby dust to u

Hoping, I teach in OH, but I would love to one day end up in NC! Normally when your temp starts to fall AF shows up w/in a day or 2. If your temp says high it usually means you are pg. It was $7 for Cheri's prediction. Ladyshep, I'm so so sorry! Hopefully this next round of Clomid will work perfectly for you! Teddyfinch. I think while on Clomid you typically ovulate 5-10 days after your last pill (someone correct me if I am wrong!) I took clomid days 3-7 w/ the trigger shot on day 13, so I ovulated on day 14. DH & I bd everyday from CD9 to CD16. I know most doctor's don't recommend bding everyday, but I just always felt like I would be missing out if we didn't! :-) As for me, I go back on Tuesday for another blood test, so hopefully I can relax between now & then. (I had a student today who told me that I need to get some sleep...you know you look bad when a kid tells you that!) Then we meet with the nurse next Friday, & then hopefully an ultrasound the following week!
