hi ladies new month, lets hope for some bfp's! krissie so sorry your appointment went like that. it was like that for me too when i was ttc with this baby. so frustrating, that's why i took u/p clomid. thank god it worked for me. afm 22 weeks, can't believe how this little boy is growing and kicking inside me! feels soo good, and reasuring. linda and ashley, where are you ladies? have been reading the posts, but noone is posting. schar, how are you keeping, take care of yourself. hugs esme

esmeraldausiahon: I would like kno how many days befor you O you had bding. I O'd today and had bding yesterday and i really would like to conceive a boy dnt have me wrong no matter what i get i would be very happy since i have a healthy baby. Just curious to kno.Since i read that having s_x befor O and the day of O optimize your chance of having a boy. Just want to kno how true it is. To all the preggo's ladies with boy feel free to answer me thanx

Maya - I very glad that I didnt have to take provera this cycle. It is very strange have such a short cycle. Usually I have spotting for 4-5 days before AF is fully here but I dont think it will be like that this cycle. Today is cd31 and the 2nd day of spotting, I think that she will be here in full force tomorrow. So why are they putting you back on bill control for a month? Is that to regulate your cycle? My OB originally wanted me to go on BC for 3 months prior ti ttc but I told her no way. I am a rageing B*OTCH on BC. I'm sorry to hear that you are having to pay so much out of pocket. I hope that you get prego on your first cycle too. I have heard great things about the shots!

Hi Ladies! I'm new to all of this, so bare with me!! I have daughter about to turn 1 in 9 days, she was conceived the first cycle we tried, I have been on birth control for about 6 months (after I stopped b___st feeding) and we are ready to start trying again and would love to increase our chances of having twins (they run in my family, every generation on my moms side, the last set being my mom's sisters) This will be my last cycle to take bc pills, and we will start trying next month! I've been taking my prenatals, an extra folic acid, and B-6 while eating lots of dairy and beef! Now...on to the real question...has anyone used u/p clomid or used soy isoflavones to try and conceive twins?? Thanks and good luck, I look forward to hearing everyone's stories!!

Soready- the BC is for two reasons: to give me enough time to get the HSG done and to get my cycle regulated before starting treatment. The RE sounded very hopeful that this treatment will be all I need, so I am hoping and praying that it does! So you will be starting your round two very shortly ha? I have read that your chances of conceiving are higher right after coming off the BC, so start trying right away. Good luck!!!

Thanks Maya444 for the update! So I have tomorrow left to take my last Provera pill. Let's hope I get a period so on my 3 day I can start my Clomid. I will keep you all sweethearts posted. Meanwhile lots of love and **BABY DUST** to all!!! Have a great weekend!

hi ladies shashana it is extremely true. when i was ttc my second and third baby (both boys) i used opk's and bd'd on both days i ovulated. i ended up boys. this time i didn't use opk's but i knew when i ovulated, because i had ewcm, and had lots of o pain. so we bd'd and guess what, another boy! so if you do get pg this cycle, i think you have a very high chance of a boy. don't have much really, only that i look like a whale! i am huge, for my dates. take care ladies.

Hey everyone CD2 today so I start clomid tomorrow. Hopefully this cycle will work. We dont have the money to go any other route. Maya~~ They put me on bc for 3 months before treatment to get me regualar so I know how bad it sucks but hopefully it will work for your body. The closer you bd to your O day the more likely you will have a boy. Boy sperm swim faster then girl spirm. Eternal~~ Welcome to the group. Cant wait to here how this goes for you.

Well ladies I have not posted in a few days so here is my update. AF came on Friday so no BFP this month. I am CD4 today and currently will start my clomid tomorrow. I am waiting to hear back from my dr. to see if we will make any changes in meds this cycle. Soready and Trying looks like we are all 3 cycle buddies again! :) Sticky baby dust to all.

Hi girls. I don't have anything to report, just wanted to check in. Cilla- diddya test? didya didya? Soready and trying- i wish i had cycle buddies like you both! the clomid made me feel really edgy and uncomfortable. Trying, i think you asked about hot baths on here. Your hubby really shouldnt take hot baths OR wear tight underwear. Its not good for his swimmers. afm- Cd 12, i havnt really noticed much change in cm but we are bding anyway. My hubby really wants this to work this month. I knew I wanted this really badly and I knew he was supportive but After ttc for a few months ive notice how much he really wants this. - maybe even more than me. Any cycle buddies?

wewant - we can be cycle buddies! I'm a few days ahead of you - CD 15 - but still pretty close! I haven't gotten a positive OPK yet and, although I know lots of women ovulate late on clomid, I feel scared that we've missed O. Plus we haven't been bd as much as I would have liked...only every 3-4 days. As soon as we get a pos opk we'll BD like crazy though! This is my first cycle and I sure hope it is my last too!

also, clomid make me edgy too. I felt like I was paranoid which isn't like me! Other than a few very minor hot flashes my side effects have been very small and pretty much non-existant

Mommyoftwoboys- (so am I)... Yay, i am so happy to have a cycle buddy even if you are ahead of me. I can't quite explain what clomid does to me, i wasnt comfortable in my own skin and Oh yeah, my face BROKE out big time this month. (this is my second month on 50mg). And dont worry about oing. I didnt o until cd 18 last month. MY pos opk didnt even look that dark, just the same color as the control. How long are your cycles usually? Mine are about 31 days. I started cramping tonight and just noticed ewcm when i went to br but the opk was neg. i figured it would be since its still early and I oed so late last month. ANYWAY, sorry for rambling. keep us posted when you get a pos opk or any changes... baby dust!
