ok so heres the info. i took clomid 150 mg days 2-6. i ovulated on day 19 of my cycle(april 8). af was due on the 18th and had no symptoms. normally i am regular and have horrible cramping before af. this morning i had some sharp pains but they have since stopped. they were not constant but came for a second or two then were gone and then appeaered a while later. i took a dollar tree hpt and got a negative. i think it is too soon to test anyway. has anyone else experienced this and what was you outcome.

MOST hpt, even the cheapie ones will give a + the day your af is going to start, and most certainly 2 days after it was going to start. Do you normally have such a short luteal phase? 10 days may not allow enough time for the egg to implant. Luteal phases should be 12-14 days for successful pg. Today you would be 12dpo....which may be too early.

this is only the second month on clomid and both times i o'd late and my period started late. about 2 weeks later. so that puts me at the 22. so i guess i'll wait until then to test again.

I know a lot of women on here that are using clomid have complained about what clomid is doing to their whole cycle. It seems it can mess it up pretty good including cramping, cm and even the length of the cycle.
