Discovering Twins In The 26th Week

I am already 26 weeks pregnant and I am having a boy. I had a drs appt today and my dr said I was measuring really big and she could not feel the top of my uterous. She wants to schedule an ultrasound to find out if I am having twins! Could that be possible when I have already had 4 different ultrasounds and having twins was never detected before?
