hi, did you conceive naturally????if so wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am quite amazed as you seem so young...do you have the support of your family and husband/boyfriend????i am surprised that for such a small woman and young too...your doctors have not suggested that you should get selective abortion?????you must make sure your doctors will support you in this and you get the best of care as you are not just high risk but extremely high risk!!!!is no one worried about your health and are and will you be able to care for them...although i feel your so blessed with a multiple birth i also feel its too much too early in your life????i think you need to get HUGE support from people around you and if you dont have that you need to call your local council and ask there...bringing up 5 kids at 18 is a huge reponsability and not nice to say but ma__sive financial burden and giving birth to them and carrying them for 9 months with all the things that could go wrong is another story!!!!!!wish you all the luck!!!!keep us posted on your progress...!!!if you have religious reasons of never considering abortion i totally repsect that although at 8 weeks your are very very early!!!!and if you do decide to do anything about it, do it now any later and the whole thing will become emotionally distressing!!!at 8 weeks i still consider the babies as tadpoles...but thats my opinion..and i am not condeming or lecturing you to remove them...they are life human beings!!!!but i think its a huge gamble!!!!personally i would stick with 3 the most!!!purely to give me a higher chance of having a succesfful pregancy and good life with my kids!

you need to go to the 'help quints' thread and you should be able to chat to some woman there who are in the same situation as you...they are the best people to ask for help and get some info on...i only have had singleton pregnancies so couldnt even begin to give you any info as your symptoms you experince will be totally different to mine..am thinking of taking clomid next month...so did you conceive naturally????hope you will do well.....and have a great pregnancy!!!

i am not trying to be rude or anything, but the woman in Help Quints, is probably much older than me and i am 8 weeks while she is 5. So she cannot really help me, actuall, its vice versa.

My boyfriend is very helpful. He takes care of me and my needs. My family is also very productive and helpful. Lately, i have been craving to eat a lot of food. Last night, i ate so much food that i gained 2 pounds! I can't feel any motion, but i am sure that the babies and I are growing. I can't fit in any of my clothes. Right now, i am wearing Medium maternity clothes. My friends are also helpful. I am starting to show and i am already measuring to be the size of a singleton mother at 25 weeks! That is huge.

Hi, I've been reading your posts and can't even begin to imagine what you're having to go through with the discomforts at such an early stage in your pregnancy. With quints, it's great that not only your family and boyfriend are supportive, but you will probably be able to find other sources of help financially through gov't services or certain organizations. i know if i were to have quints, i would be out researching for all the financial a__sistance and support i can get. lastly, if you do not mind me asking, what triggered your act to take fertility drugs? did your doctor think you had fertility issues? once again, best wishes and i will keep my eyes open for any information online on how to cope with giving birth to multiples/quints!

Congratulations on your pregnancy! What fertility medications were you on and how many milligrams did you take and for how long were you on them???

i am sorry, but my doctor said to keep this info. confidential. So, i am now 9 weeks pregnant. My babies are a little bigger than usual, all measuring about 10.3 weeks. But it is okay. I have gained 4 pounds over the week and my belly is 40.

i can understand its confidential....but come on how does telling us here going to csuse any problems????we don't know ho you are where you live etc we are all ghostly mum's to be and wanting to be here...so telling us is NO BIG DEAL!!!seriously this is very strange behaviour....
most of the mums coming on these sites are over the the age of 20+...some quite experienced some new but older and 'wiser'...
your disclosure of confidential topics like how you were using fertility drugs etc...is really not a reson for not telling...we are on the net..your are more or less a stranger (we have no idew where you are who you are etc!!!! never mind who your doctor is and where your clinic is...those are things to keep confidential)...i feel i need to intervene here that to say you can't tell us because its confidential is like your still in college refusing to share information with your fellow pupils!!!
whom we gonna tell...your doctor????your mum???the fbi????
we all come here to share information...unless its totally personal....i think saying how much you were on is really not somthing you need to feel you cannot disclose!!!its childish behaviour!!!sorry but it has to be said....

please don't mind...
but the last thing most of us want is having quints!!!so believe me....we will not copy your dosage or methods and put ourselves at risk...its just would have helped as a guide....if anyone has the same fertility problem as you...(if you had disclosed as to why you were put on fertility at 18!!!!!)then one can use this as a guide...so to avoid getting pregnant with QUINTS!!!!
i am sincerely glad your doing ok and may god help you and support you in this...but you need to soften up a bit and be less defiant....and learn that coming on here people will ask questions and give their opinion and advice....your answers to me previously seem quite abrubt and strong and actually seem to be like your ignoring all the hard facts we give you about getting support and all...i am sure your confident young 18 year old no on can tell what to do with and quints for you seems to be no problem..but its good to try to be and act a little humble...remember you still have a ma__sive and LONG journey ahead of you (whihc can still come with its huge risks!) not just in becoming a mum but in AGE as well!!!!there is nothing wrong with a bit of humilty!!!
take care...

I call faker!!!! Or she got the drugs off the internet and her dr is upset and has her scared? but at 18 i seriously doubt Any dr would give you fertility drugs....
If she is not a faker then she will ost her ultrasound pics so we can see the 4 sacs and there is always a date on ultrasound pic's. Let's see what she does.

i really am not here to see if she is a faker or not...although she has annoyed me in the previous posts...purely in the way she responds....i mean....she not once said...thanks for giving me this advice and showing concern towards me as if she is tryinng to say....yeah i am super mum and i can handle it.....in a very subtle manner...i just appreciate a bit more humbleness....saying things like 'yeah i know the consequences, i am quite anxious, it will be very hard but am staying postive'...instead she doesn't seem to acknowledge the risk factors involved in having five babies at a time (and this is supposed to be her first children) and acts as this is going to be a doddle!!!!
i mean i had only singletons and my god....every stage from 1st trimester to the last is an experience in itself...and i am a very strong person!!!!
and then than to seem stand offish and say sorry i can't tell you its confidential...is like...'huh?'...why becasue we gonna track you down and tell your neighbours????lol!!!!
this poor 18 year old doesn't sound too poor to me infact more like overconfidant and sitting on a very high horse type of girl!!!
but i belive the higher you rise the deeper you fall...one should not act like things are going to be perfect when anything can happen tommorrow..her risks are not double not triple but 5 times higher of having serious complications!!!!
i do actually feel very very sorry for her....(and this is not directed anyone else humble who is having quints!)...but nevertheless...i wish her luck....
