Has Anyone Ever Had Conjoint Twins

I am 7 weeks and 2 day pregnant and at my u/s at 6 weeks and 6 days the doctor told me that I might have conjoint twins .only one heart detected.can anybody tell me if I have any chance of normal identical twins ?
I also am at risk for miscarriage with bleeding and cramps?thank you

I'm very sorry you are going through this. I have never known anyone who has had conjoined twins because it is very rare. I do know that TWINSTUFF.com has a conjoined thread. I haven't been on there but it could be helpful.
