Help Me Understand My Ultrasound

Hi, I just had an ultrasound that showed a
6 week 5 day fetus with a heartbeat and one gestational sac dated 5 weeks 4 days. The gs appears normal, but lacks anything inside of it. I am not bleeding and do not feel any pain. Could this still be a viable twin pregnancy or is it the "vanishing twin"?
