Brie - how r u feeling these days...will you be finding out what u are having?

I am feeling great, thanks. Just tired. I wasn't sick at all with my son and haven't been sick this time either. Thank goodness. I haven't decided if I want to find out. THere's something kind of magical about waiting and being surprised.

Brie - I agree I wouldn't find out either. You are lucky to not have any m/s. Do you think its twins? they say you get a feeling? What dose did you take again?

Rowan, no it's not twins. I was on 150mg the month I got preg.

Hi everyone. WOW, what an informative thread ! So glad I found it ! I'm just after a bit of encouragement really. I'm unexplained infertility (I ovulate every month, HSG clear, bloodwork fine, SA Normal) and I am in the 2 week wait on my first cycle of clomid (100mg days 2-6). I got a positive OPK on Monday which was CD16 (knew I would because like I said I ov on my own anyway). We have BD'd at all the right times !! I'm sick of it if you know what I mean !!! I had strong Ov pains on Monday & Tues. I hope this means I'm releaseing more than one egg ! x

I have a question?... when you talk about trying to day 3-7 or 5-9 what when does that start? Is day 1 on the first day of your period? Help I don't know

Hey ACD! CD1 refers to the first day of your cycle... the first day not just spotting. The first day you need a tampon or pad is considered CD1. I have done clomid 7 times, 3 pregnancies, 3 miscarriages. We are just in the beginning stages of a private adoption. I have heard alot of success with clomid. Blessings to you and your family!

Hi all, it's been a long time. Hollyrae, I am happy to hear about you adopting. That is so wonderful. We have some neighbors down the street that just brought home their baby. She was 3 days old. I will keep you in my thoughts for a fast process. Rowan, are you still out there? We just had our baby girl on May 2nd. The labor was so fast. I went from 4cm to 10 in 5 minutes. One push and out she flew! She is beautiful and I'm so happy we have her. So now we have an almost 21 month son and a 2 week old. It's busy, but I still want more. Call me crazy! I hope you all are doing ok. This post did get long, but it was nice to reread everyones posts. Good luck to all of you. baby dust!

Hi everyone. I have enjoyed reading all the comments. We have been ttc for 4 years, we have a son whom is 5 now and we conceived naturally but took 18 months. I have recently found out i have pcos but i ovulate still. I feel very tearful today as tomorrow i start my first dose of Clomid so i think i am scared incase it doesn't work! and also having multiple births is not something to take lightly. Has anyone taken Clomid (50mg) and used natural progesterone cream after they have ovulated and become pregnant this way? I am pleased to be able to right my thoughts and talk to like minded people who understand what trying for a baby is really like!!!!!!

Hi there Millieoliver, i too started Clomid 50mg,but my doctor had to up the dosage because that was not working, now i am on 100mg days(5-9) and i am on cd 26 with no ovulation yet...but thats is also because my periods are very irregular. we have been trying to have a baby now for 1 1/2 and it's been really frusturating. We just want this clomid to work for us. I hope this month i ovulate....so im just waiting patiently this month.!!

Can anyone tell me how many follicles they had when they got pregnant and if they got pregnant with one or twins?

both times i conceived, i only had one follicle. each time there was 1 baby :) i was on 100mg of clomid the first time, and 150 the next. good luck
