Okay okay.. I am sure I am going to get a couple of negative reactions on here but I have to post it anyway. I talked my DH into doing a sperm sort so that we can try for a girl. Thats why I wanted twins in the first place, I figured it would give me a better chance for a girl. We haven't picked a clinic yet but the ones we are looking at already use Clomid to up the chances or pregnancy the first time around.. Everything will be monitored so no more risk.. I probably wont get to try in June but July or August is what we are hoping for. I may still have twins but more importantly my odds for having a girl will be significantly increased and I am super excited....
Thanks for letting me share...

TY TY... It completely slipped my mind to e-mail you! lol sorry :( I haven't told anyone yet except the forum.. We currently found a clinic about 5 hours from us that will do an entire procedure for $900 but I've heard that $600 is the norm so I'm looking for another.. My husband will be going to New York for 3 weeks in August/September so we are looking at clinics there too because I could always go with him.. :D

Oh wow, that would be so awesome for you guys! Who would keep the boys if you go with him? I bet if you do it there, it'll will cost a bit less b/c there should be more clinics avail to do it for you?!?! I'm so excited again, I can't wait to hear your news. As for me, I O'd on day 15 which was early for me. I triggered on day 14 and O'd on day 15 for sure and it was quit intense so I really feel like more than one of those big follies came out. Maybe those 2 at 13mm got big enough to make an egg/baby. Can't wait now to find out. Oh and the preg test is still + (from the trigger shot) but it's very light + so I'm hoping that the HCG from that will go away soon. I feel pretty good other wise. LOL, how bout you?

So did you use what I sent you this last time? did you do your IUI or did ya'll stick with the decision to wait?..... As for the boys... I'd probably leave them with my inlaws. As much as I hate those people the do take pretty good care of kids (minus the chocolate thing). My parents don't really like babies to much and would be too busy to watch them anyway. Thats the way my parents are.. Like I said even though I hate my inlaws I have to give them credit where credit is deserved and they are never too busy for their grand babies.

My in-laws just like to stick their fingers in my kids mouths (teeth check) without washing their hands first. I hate that!!!

Girls are wonderful! My dd and I are VERY close. She was my first and I thought I would want a boy (which I got later by the pair) but I wouldn't trade her for anything.

Corona: I hate that too, my in laws insist on giving my 11 month old tons of chocolate.. And they dont believe in seat belts or even car seats when driving in town!!!

samehere: I really hope that I am blessed with a girl. The sperm sort thing isn't 100% but it does up my chances alot. I've always wanted a girl, both times I was pg with my boys I hoped for a girl. I love those little guys to death but I still feel I NEED a girl. lol

GoGo Trigger: There are 3 different method of gender selection available. There is Microsort which is VERY expensive. They dye the sperm and seperate them. Then there is the Ericsson method which still costs a good bit (around $1000) but is the cheapest method. They sort of strain the sperm by putting them in a thick serum stuff and the ones that swim to the bottom quickest will be males and the others left behind females.. Anyway its not 100% but it does up a womans chances a good bit. Then there is PGD which is where they actually make embryos first and test them to see if they are boys or girls and then only put the chosen gender in the womans body. Its pretty controversial because the other embryos have to either be frozen, donated or thrown away :( that procedure costs anywhere from $18000 to $30000 but I did talk to a clinic that claimed they did it for $3300, but that probably doesn't include the IVF treatment which is $7000. (NO I am not considering this option and I probably would not ever consider it even if I had unlimited cash).

Hey Laura, I did use the cream, and I think it actually helped. Like I said, I didn't even feel the trigger shot (in the booty) after having lytocane cream AND a patch on my back side for an hour first. Thanks a million. My hubby stuck to his guns about NOT doing the IUI until June. So we had optimal timing this month and I'm 5 dpo right now. I'm just praying that it works.
